-See if there is a pavilion for shade and if they have enough or any bench seating or if you need to get chairs, tables, or tents.
-If on grass, see if you can stake the ground with anything that can blow away.
– See if they supply garbage cans.

-Look through their website to see if what they have would be a good fit for your group.
