Quick answer
What belongs on the first Washington rink request?
If the Washington floor cannot clear skating, do not promise it. Keep Blackjack as a side station and skip inventing a smaller rink size.
Browse the portable ice rink rentals hub or open the ice skating rental product page for the published footprint and skate sizes.

Washington ice skating rentals to put on the quote
Nothing on this Washington page is a renamed duplicate of the same card. Add-ons here: Blackjack, Cookie Art, Giant Inflatable Snow Globe, and Roulette.
Ice Skating Rink
The skating package for Washington includes skates and rink staff. Send the clear floor size with the date.
Blackjack
One staffed blackjack table when you do not need every casino game. It does not replace the rink.
Cookie Art
Cookie decorating at a seated table, not a photo backdrop. Say so on the date request if the room is tight.
Giant Inflatable Snow Globe
Walk-in inflatable globe with an attendant. Separate from the rink. Skip it when the loading path is already complicated.
Roulette
A single roulette table, not a full pit. Keep its line from crossing the rink path.

Local event planning
Staging notes for a Washington, NY rink date
Washington timelines slip when the truck window is still a guess. Lock the address and the floor, then decide whether Blackjack even fits. Put the outlet list with any lit booth or craft table, not in a later email.
Confirm the flat floor
Concrete, asphalt, or a gym floor can work in Washington. Soft lawn without a firm base is a no. Outdoor plans need a wet-weather note on the same quote.
Seat the craft or side station
Blackjack needs a table or a marked corner with no skate traffic through it.
Split skate traffic from photos
Lace skates away from Blackjack so one line in Washington does not block the other.
Send the loading facts
Door width, stairs or an elevator, and where the truck waits in Washington belong on the quote.
Event ideas
Guest lists that use ice skating in Washington
Fundraiser walk-through
Skating draws traffic in Washington. Blackjack is optional if the hallway is already full.
Family open house
Shorter visits in Washington still work when skate sessions rotate. Blackjack gives a second stop.
Town festival
A portable rink becomes the Washington centerpiece when the pad is flat and fenced. Blackjack sits outside the skate path.
Team dinner
Quote the rink only if the Washington floor is actually open. Otherwise keep Blackjack and skip inventing skates.
FAQ
Ice skating rental questions for Washington, NY
Which details should a Washington host send first for the rink?
Start with the Washington date and the street address. Guest count and floor notes come next. Blackjack can wait until skating is confirmed.
Can a smaller Washington room still request the rink?
The product page states 40 by 60 feet. Send the Washington clear floor size if you are unsure it fits.
Which skate sizes are included with the rink?
The published skate range is toddler size 8 through adult size 13. That is the range Washington hosts should plan around.
Are attendants part of the portable rink package?
Yes. Staff stay with the rink. If Washington also wants Blackjack, that is another card on this page.
Can the portable rink be used indoors or outdoors in Washington?
Yes, when the surface is flat and firm. The product page describes a synthetic surface that works year-round on a flat pad. Soft lawn without a base is a problem in Washington.
What address format should Washington hosts use?
Use the street address plus any dock or stair limit. A Washington landmark is not a substitute.
