Scarsdale ice skating rentals to put on the quote
The featured rental is the portable synthetic ice rink. The four add-ons for Scarsdale are separate published rentals: Roulette, Texas Holdem, Red Dog, and Photo Buttons.
Ice Skating Rink
Choose the rink only when Scarsdale has a flat rectangle that is not already the dinner layout.
Roulette
A single roulette table, not a full pit. Add it only if the floor still has a clear corner.
Texas Holdem
Holdem table for guests who want a seat, not a wandering game. Say so on the date request if the room is tight.
Red Dog
Red Dog is a single table. Add it only when you want that game. Tell us the guest ages if this station is for families.
Photo Buttons
Photo buttons are a keepsake station, not a backdrop. Say so on the date request if the room is tight.

Local event planning
What to measure before a Scarsdale rink delivery
A tight Scarsdale room can still work if you drop skating and keep Roulette. Say that before the date is announced. Share door width, stairs, and where the truck can wait.
One contact on site
Someone who can unlock the Scarsdale room beats a landmark on the quote.
Power for side stations
List outlets near Roulette. The rink layout is confirmed against a flat surface, not guessed from a photo.
Mark a spectator edge
Guests who are not skating need a place to stand that is not on the synthetic surface. Leave a reset pocket beside the rink so staff are not crossing catering.
Say if the room is tight
A smaller Scarsdale floor is a reason to skip skating, not to invent another size.

Family open house
Shorter visits in Scarsdale still work when skate sessions rotate. Roulette gives a second stop.
Client thank-you
A rink photo moment carries a Scarsdale reception when speeches run long. Keep Roulette off the check-in line.
Team dinner
Quote the rink only if the Scarsdale floor is actually open. Otherwise keep Roulette and skip inventing skates.
Fundraiser walk-through
Skating draws traffic in Scarsdale. Roulette is optional if the hallway is already full.
FAQ
Ice skating rental questions for Scarsdale, NY
What belongs on a Scarsdale ice skating quote?
Send the date, start and end, the street address in Scarsdale, NY, the guest count, and the clear floor size. Add Roulette after the rink fits.
What footprint does the ice skating rental use?
Use the published footprint. For Scarsdale, a tight floor is a reason to skip skating, not to invent a smaller rink.
