Quick answer
How do Ridley Park hosts know if skating will fit?
For Ridley Park, PA, measure first. Skating needs open floor. Photos with Santa needs its own mark so the two lines do not merge.
Browse the portable ice rink rentals hub or open the ice skating rental product page for the published footprint and skate sizes.

Published rink and add-ons for Ridley Park
The rink package is shared. The Ridley Park row under it is not. Those rentals are Photos with Santa, Snowflake Photo Ornaments, Ornament Making, and Roulette.

Choose the rink only when Ridley Park has a flat rectangle that is not already the dinner layout.
Photos with Santa
Santa photos are a separate rental from the rink and any booth. It does not replace the rink.
Snowflake Photo Ornaments

Ornament Making
Seated ornament workshop. Keep it off the skate path. Tell us the guest ages if this station is for families.

Local event planning
Spectator edges versus skate traffic in Ridley Park
A tight Ridley Park room can still work if you drop skating and keep Photos with Santa. Say that before the date is announced. Put the outlet list with any lit booth or craft table, not in a later email.
Seat the craft or side station
Photos with Santa needs a table or a marked corner with no skate traffic through it.
Split skate traffic from photos
Lace skates away from Photos with Santa so one line in Ridley Park does not block the other.
Send the loading facts
Door width, stairs or an elevator, and where the truck waits in Ridley Park belong on the quote. Leave a reset pocket beside the rink so staff are not crossing catering.
Measure before you promise skates
The published rink is 40 by 60 feet. If Ridley Park dinner tables already fill that rectangle, skip skating.
