What to measure before a Prompton rink delivery
A tight Prompton room can still work if you drop skating and keep Photos with Santa. Say that before the date is announced. The crew confirms fit from the address and the floor notes you send.
Give attendants a home base
Rink staff and anyone running Photos with Santa need a spot that is not the dinner aisle.
Keep food off the active edge
Serving tables should not spill into the skate path.
Write the hard out
Put the Prompton start and end on the request so setup and pickup use the same window. Leave a reset pocket beside the rink so staff are not crossing catering.
Name the age mix
Toddler size 8 through adult size 13 travel with the package. Ages help staff the Prompton sizing tent.
