Quick answer
What belongs on the first Woodbine rink request?
A Woodbine rink quote needs the date, the street address, the guest count, and the clear floor size. Photos with Santa is optional and does not replace the rink.
Browse the portable ice rink rentals hub or open the ice skating rental product page for the published footprint and skate sizes.

Ice skating items for a Woodbine, NJ date
Headliner stays the rink. This Woodbine add-on set is Photos with Santa, Photo Buttons, Roulette, and Snowflake Photo Ornaments.
Ice Skating Rink
Staffed synthetic rink. The product page lists a 40 by 60 foot surface and skates from toddler size 8 through adult size 13.
Photos with Santa
Santa photos are a separate rental from the rink and any booth. Skip it when the loading path is already complicated.
Photo Buttons
Photo buttons are a keepsake station, not a backdrop. Say so on the date request if the room is tight.
Roulette
A single roulette table, not a full pit. It stays a separate line item on the same quote.
Snowflake Photo Ornaments
Acrylic snowflake ornaments sealed with event photos. Skip it when the loading path is already complicated.

Load-in notes for the portable rink in Woodbine
Large rooms in Woodbine fail when every guest is aimed at one backdrop. Give skating its own entrance and keep Photos with Santa off that path. Age mix belongs on the quote when toddler skates are in the mix.
Use the street address
A Woodbine nickname is not a delivery location. Send the street and a site contact.
Hold extras until the rink fits
Add Photos with Santa after the skating rectangle is confirmed, not before. Share door width, stairs, and where the truck can wait.
Give attendants a home base
Rink staff and anyone running Photos with Santa need a spot that is not the dinner aisle.
Keep food off the active edge
Serving tables should not spill into the skate path.

Family open house
Shorter visits in Woodbine still work when skate sessions rotate. Photos with Santa gives a second stop.
Town festival
A portable rink becomes the Woodbine centerpiece when the pad is flat and fenced. Photos with Santa sits outside the skate path.
School winter program
Families in Woodbine need a stop after the program. Photos with Santa works as that stop when it is seated away from the doors.
Company holiday party
A rink keeps the Woodbine celebration in the same building as dinner. Photos with Santa covers guests who are not skating.
FAQ
Ice skating rental questions for Woodbine, NJ
What does a Woodbine, NJ rink request need?
The useful Woodbine request names the hours, the address, the ages, and the rink. Photos with Santa is a separate line, not the starting point.
How large is the synthetic rink package?
The ice skating product page describes a 40 by 60 foot synthetic surface. If the Woodbine room is tighter, say so before the date is held instead of inventing another size.
Do toddler and adult skates come with the rental?
Yes. Toddler through adult sizes are part of the package on the product page. Note ages on the Woodbine quote.
Is rink staff included for Woodbine?
Yes. Rink staff are included with the published package. Photos with Santa is a separate rental if you want it beside the skate path in Woodbine.
Will the rink work outside at a Woodbine site?
Temperature is not the limiter. Flat ground and barricade space are. Say whether the Woodbine site is indoors or outdoors.
Is a Woodbine nickname enough for rink delivery?
A city name is not a stop. The truck needs the Woodbine street address, door notes, and someone to meet the crew.
Send the Woodbine address and the floor size
Send the Woodbine address and the clear floor size. We confirm the 40 by 60 foot synthetic rink first, then add-ons such as Photos with Santa.
