Quick answer
What do we need before holding a Wallkill rink date?
For Wallkill, NY, measure first. Skating needs open floor. Roulette needs its own mark so the two lines do not merge.

Wallkill ice skating rentals to put on the quote
Start with the 40 by 60 foot synthetic rink, then toggle only the Wallkill add-ons you have room for: Roulette, Magician, Cookie Art, and Slot Machines.
Ice Skating Rink
The skating package for Wallkill includes skates and rink staff. Send the clear floor size with the date.
Roulette
A single roulette table, not a full pit. Tell us the guest ages if this station is for families.
Magician
A walk-around set needs a home base that is not the skate entrance. It stays a separate line item on the same quote.
Cookie Art
Cookie decorating at a seated table, not a photo backdrop. It does not replace the rink.
Slot Machines
Slot machines as their own rental. Skip them if the corner is already full. Skip it when the loading path is already complicated.

Local event planning
Staging notes for a Wallkill, NY rink date
Write the Wallkill guest count next to the floor size. Roulette is a side station, not a reason to shrink the skating rectangle. Mark a spectator edge so photos happen beside the rink, not on it.
Hold extras until the rink fits
Add Roulette after the skating rectangle is confirmed, not before.
Give attendants a home base
Rink staff and anyone running Roulette need a spot that is not the dinner aisle. Share door width, stairs, and where the truck can wait.
Keep food off the active edge
Serving tables should not spill into the skate path.
Write the hard out
Put the Wallkill start and end on the request so setup and pickup use the same window.
Event ideas
Wallkill events this rink fits
Private house party
Only quote the rink for a Wallkill house if the yard or cleared floor can take 40 by 60 feet. Otherwise keep Roulette.
Afternoon club party
Younger guests need a seat. Roulette belongs at a table, not beside the skate entrance.
Client thank-you
A rink photo moment carries a Wallkill reception when speeches run long. Keep Roulette off the check-in line.
Team dinner
Quote the rink only if the Wallkill floor is actually open. Otherwise keep Roulette and skip inventing skates.
FAQ
Ice skating rental questions for Wallkill, NY
Which details should a Wallkill host send first for the rink?
Start with the Wallkill date and the street address. Guest count and floor notes come next. Roulette can wait until skating is confirmed.
Can a smaller Wallkill room still request the rink?
The product page states 40 by 60 feet. Send the Wallkill clear floor size if you are unsure it fits.
Which skate sizes are included with the rink?
The published skate range is toddler size 8 through adult size 13. That is the range Wallkill hosts should plan around.
Are attendants part of the portable rink package?
Yes. Staff stay with the rink. If Wallkill also wants Roulette, that is another card on this page.
Can the portable rink be used indoors or outdoors in Wallkill?
Yes, when the surface is flat and firm. The product page describes a synthetic surface that works year-round on a flat pad. Soft lawn without a base is a problem in Wallkill.
What address format should Wallkill hosts use?
Use the street address plus any dock or stair limit. A Wallkill landmark is not a substitute.
Put the Wallkill ice skating date on a quote
One note is enough to start: Wallkill address, guest count, and floor size. Mention Roulette if you already know you want it.
