Published rink and add-ons for Sykesville
Put the rink on the quote first. The Sykesville extras, Snowflake Photo Ornaments, Snow Globe Photos, Roulette, and Inflatable Photo Booth, stay optional.
Ice Skating Rink
Staffed synthetic rink. The product page lists a 40 by 60 foot surface and skates from toddler size 8 through adult size 13.
Snowflake Photo Ornaments
Acrylic snowflake ornaments sealed with event photos. Say so on the date request if the room is tight.
Snow Globe Photos
Sealed photo globe craft. Not the inflatable globe. Say so on the date request if the room is tight.
Roulette
A single roulette table, not a full pit. Add it only if the floor still has a clear corner.
Inflatable Photo Booth
Inflatable LED booth from the photo catalog, separate from the rink. Keep its line from crossing the rink path.

Load-in notes for the portable rink in Sykesville
Sykesville timelines slip when the truck window is still a guess. Lock the address and the floor, then decide whether Snowflake Photo Ornaments even fits. The crew confirms fit from the address and the floor notes you send.
Use the street address
A Sykesville nickname is not a delivery location. Send the street and a site contact. Outdoor plans need a wet-weather note on the same quote.
Hold extras until the rink fits
Add Snowflake Photo Ornaments after the skating rectangle is confirmed, not before.
Give attendants a home base
Rink staff and anyone running Snowflake Photo Ornaments need a spot that is not the dinner aisle.
Keep food off the active edge
Serving tables should not spill into the skate path.

How large is the synthetic rink package?
The ice skating product page describes a 40 by 60 foot synthetic surface. If the Sykesville room is tighter, say so before the date is held instead of inventing another size.

Yes. Toddler through adult sizes are part of the package on the product page. Note ages on the Sykesville quote.
Is rink staff included for Sykesville?
Yes. Rink staff are included with the published package. Snowflake Photo Ornaments is a separate rental if you want it beside the skate path in Sykesville.
