Ice Skating Rink
The skating package for Seven Valleys includes skates and rink staff. Send the clear floor size with the date.
Ornament Making
Seated ornament workshop. Keep it off the skate path. It does not replace the rink.
Cookie Art
Cookie decorating at a seated table, not a photo backdrop. Tell us the guest ages if this station is for families.
Roulette
A single roulette table, not a full pit. Say so on the date request if the room is tight.
Red Dog
Red Dog is a single table. Add it only when you want that game. Keep its line from crossing the rink path.

Local event planning
Staging notes for a Seven Valleys, PA rink date
Large rooms in Seven Valleys fail when every guest is aimed at one backdrop. Give skating its own entrance and keep Ornament Making off that path. One contact on site is more useful than a landmark.
Mark a spectator edge
Guests who are not skating need a place to stand that is not on the synthetic surface.
Power for side stations
List outlets near Ornament Making. The rink layout is confirmed against a flat surface, not guessed from a photo. Indoor rooms work when the floor is flat and the ceiling clears the setup.
One contact on site
Someone who can unlock the Seven Valleys room beats a landmark on the quote.
Measure before you promise skates
The published rink is 40 by 60 feet. If Seven Valleys dinner tables already fill that rectangle, skip skating.

FAQ
Ice skating rental questions for Seven Valleys, PA
Which details should a Seven Valleys host send first for the rink?
Start with the Seven Valleys date and the street address. Guest count and floor notes come next. Ornament Making can wait until skating is confirmed.
Can a smaller Seven Valleys room still request the rink?
The product page states 40 by 60 feet. Send the Seven Valleys clear floor size if you are unsure it fits.
Which skate sizes are included with the rink?
The published skate range is toddler size 8 through adult size 13. That is the range Seven Valleys hosts should plan around.
Are attendants part of the portable rink package?
Yes. Staff stay with the rink. If Seven Valleys also wants Ornament Making, that is another card on this page.
Can the portable rink be used indoors or outdoors in Seven Valleys?
Yes, when the surface is flat and firm. The product page describes a synthetic surface that works year-round on a flat pad. Soft lawn without a base is a problem in Seven Valleys.
What address format should Seven Valleys hosts use?
Use the street address plus any dock or stair limit. A Seven Valleys landmark is not a substitute.
