Quick answer
What belongs on the first Newport rink request?
Confirm a flat rectangle in Newport that can take the published 40 by 60 foot synthetic surface. Then add Roulette or Money Wheel only if a second corner stays clear of the skate path.

Newport rink headliner and four add-ons
The featured rental is the portable synthetic ice rink. The four add-ons for Newport are separate published rentals: Roulette, Money Wheel, Green Screen Photo Party, and Coney Island Photo Booth.
Ice Skating Rink
The skating package for Newport includes skates and rink staff. Send the clear floor size with the date.
Roulette
A single roulette table, not a full pit. Keep its line from crossing the rink path.
Money Wheel
Money wheel as one casino station, not a package with every table. It does not replace the rink.
Green Screen Photo Party
Green screen booth with its own backdrop. Say so on the date request if the room is tight.
Coney Island Photo Booth
Coney Island booth style from the photo catalog. Tell us the guest ages if this station is for families.

Where to put skating and side stations in Newport
Do not stack a photo line on top of Roulette in Newport. The two stops should face different directions. Mark a spectator edge so photos happen beside the rink, not on it.
Name the age mix
Toddler size 8 through adult size 13 travel with the package. Ages help staff the Newport sizing tent.
Confirm the flat floor
Concrete, asphalt, or a gym floor can work in Newport. Soft lawn without a firm base is a no.
Seat the craft or side station
Roulette needs a table or a marked corner with no skate traffic through it.
Split skate traffic from photos
Lace skates away from Roulette so one line in Newport does not block the other. Mark a spectator edge so photos happen beside the rink, not on it.

Ice skating event types in Newport
Client thank-you
A rink photo moment carries a Newport reception when speeches run long. Keep Roulette off the check-in line.
Team dinner
Quote the rink only if the Newport floor is actually open. Otherwise keep Roulette and skip inventing skates.
Private house party
Only quote the rink for a Newport house if the yard or cleared floor can take 40 by 60 feet. Otherwise keep Roulette.
Afternoon club party
Younger guests need a seat. Roulette belongs at a table, not beside the skate entrance.
FAQ
Ice skating rental questions for Newport, PA
Which details should a Newport host send first for the rink?
Start with the Newport date and the street address. Guest count and floor notes come next. Roulette can wait until skating is confirmed.
Can a smaller Newport room still request the rink?
The product page states 40 by 60 feet. Send the Newport clear floor size if you are unsure it fits.
Which skate sizes are included with the rink?
The published skate range is toddler size 8 through adult size 13. That is the range Newport hosts should plan around.
Are attendants part of the portable rink package?
Yes. Staff stay with the rink. If Newport also wants Roulette, that is another card on this page.
Can the portable rink be used indoors or outdoors in Newport?
Yes, when the surface is flat and firm. The product page describes a synthetic surface that works year-round on a flat pad. Soft lawn without a base is a problem in Newport.
What address format should Newport hosts use?
Use the street address plus any dock or stair limit. A Newport landmark is not a substitute.
