Quick answer
How do New Lebanon hosts know if skating will fit?
A New Lebanon rink quote needs the date, the street address, the guest count, and the clear floor size. Coney Island Photo Booth is optional and does not replace the rink.
Browse the portable ice rink rentals hub or open the ice skating rental product page for the published footprint and skate sizes.

What New Lebanon can add next to the portable rink
Put the rink on the quote first. The New Lebanon extras, Coney Island Photo Booth, Photo Buttons, Roulette, and Craps, stay optional.
Ice Skating Rink
The skating package for New Lebanon includes skates and rink staff. Send the clear floor size with the date.
Coney Island Photo Booth
Coney Island booth style from the photo catalog. Keep its line from crossing the rink path.
Photo Buttons
Photo buttons are a keepsake station, not a backdrop. Tell us the guest ages if this station is for families.
Roulette
A single roulette table, not a full pit. Skip it when the loading path is already complicated.
Craps
A craps table only if the room can give it a clear standing edge. Add it only if the floor still has a clear corner.

How New Lebanon hosts leave room for the rink
A tight New Lebanon room can still work if you drop skating and keep Coney Island Photo Booth. Say that before the date is announced. Share door width, stairs, and where the truck can wait.
Write the hard out
Put the New Lebanon start and end on the request so setup and pickup use the same window.
Keep food off the active edge
Serving tables should not spill into the skate path.
Give attendants a home base
Rink staff and anyone running Coney Island Photo Booth need a spot that is not the dinner aisle. One contact on site is more useful than a landmark.
Hold extras until the rink fits
Add Coney Island Photo Booth after the skating rectangle is confirmed, not before.

Client thank-you
A rink photo moment carries a New Lebanon reception when speeches run long. Keep Coney Island Photo Booth off the check-in line.
Afternoon club party
Younger guests need a seat. Coney Island Photo Booth belongs at a table, not beside the skate entrance.
FAQ
Ice skating rental questions for New Lebanon, NY
Which details should a New Lebanon host send first for the rink?
Start with the New Lebanon date and the street address. Guest count and floor notes come next. Coney Island Photo Booth can wait until skating is confirmed.
Can a smaller New Lebanon room still request the rink?
The product page states 40 by 60 feet. Send the New Lebanon clear floor size if you are unsure it fits.
Which skate sizes are included with the rink?
The published skate range is toddler size 8 through adult size 13. That is the range New Lebanon hosts should plan around.
Are attendants part of the portable rink package?
Yes. Staff stay with the rink. If New Lebanon also wants Coney Island Photo Booth, that is another card on this page.
Can the portable rink be used indoors or outdoors in New Lebanon?
Yes, when the surface is flat and firm. The product page describes a synthetic surface that works year-round on a flat pad. Soft lawn without a base is a problem in New Lebanon.
What address format should New Lebanon hosts use?
Use the street address plus any dock or stair limit. A New Lebanon landmark is not a substitute.
Ready to hold a New Lebanon rink date?
Share the street address in New Lebanon, NY and whether the floor can take skating. Add Coney Island Photo Booth only if that corner is still open.
