Ice skating items for a York Springs, PA date
The rink package is shared. The York Springs row under it is not. Those rentals are Blackjack, Red Dog, Photos with Santa, and Snowflake Photo Ornaments.
Ice Skating Rink
Choose the rink only when York Springs has a flat rectangle that is not already the dinner layout.
Blackjack
One staffed blackjack table when you do not need every casino game. Say so on the date request if the room is tight.
Red Dog
Red Dog is a single table. Add it only when you want that game. Skip it when the loading path is already complicated.
Photos with Santa
Santa photos are a separate rental from the rink and any booth. Place it off the skate entrance.
Snowflake Photo Ornaments
Acrylic snowflake ornaments sealed with event photos. It stays a separate line item on the same quote.

Guest flow for ice skating rentals in York Springs
Write the York Springs guest count next to the floor size. Blackjack is a side station, not a reason to shrink the skating rectangle. A flat surface matters more than a neighborhood nickname.
One contact on site
Someone who can unlock the York Springs room beats a landmark on the quote.
Power for side stations
List outlets near Blackjack. The rink layout is confirmed against a flat surface, not guessed from a photo. Age mix belongs on the quote when toddler skates are in the mix.
Mark a spectator edge
Guests who are not skating need a place to stand that is not on the synthetic surface.
Say if the room is tight
A smaller York Springs floor is a reason to skip skating, not to invent another size.

Team dinner
Quote the rink only if the York Springs floor is actually open. Otherwise keep Blackjack and skip inventing skates.
Fundraiser walk-through
Skating draws traffic in York Springs. Blackjack is optional if the hallway is already full.
Family open house
Shorter visits in York Springs still work when skate sessions rotate. Blackjack gives a second stop.
