Local event planning
Windham timeline and layout notes for the rink
Large rooms in Windham fail when every guest is aimed at one backdrop. Give skating its own entrance and keep 360 Photo Booth off that path. It is a layout note, not a different rink size.
Say if the room is tight
A smaller Windham floor is a reason to skip skating, not to invent another size.
Leave a path to the doors
The Windham layout still needs an exit route after the rink is placed. Share door width, stairs, and where the truck can wait.
Use the street address
A Windham nickname is not a delivery location. Send the street and a site contact.
Hold extras until the rink fits
Add 360 Photo Booth after the skating rectangle is confirmed, not before.

Community winter night
Staffed skating plus 360 Photo Booth gives Windham guests a glide and a second finish.
Reception after a program
The Windham crowd leaves in a wave. The rink needs a holding spot, and 360 Photo Booth should not share it.
