Quick answer
What should a Summit Hill host lock first for the rink?
A Summit Hill rink quote needs the date, the street address, the guest count, and the clear floor size. Photos with Santa is optional and does not replace the rink.
Browse the portable ice rink rentals hub or open the ice skating rental product page for the published footprint and skate sizes.

Build a Summit Hill rink quote
Start with the 40 by 60 foot synthetic rink, then toggle only the Summit Hill add-ons you have room for: Photos with Santa, Cookie Art, Slot Machines, and Photo Buttons.
Ice Skating Rink
Staffed synthetic rink. The product page lists a 40 by 60 foot surface and skates from toddler size 8 through adult size 13.
Photos with Santa
Santa photos are a separate rental from the rink and any booth. Tell us the guest ages if this station is for families.
Cookie Art
Cookie decorating at a seated table, not a photo backdrop. Skip it when the loading path is already complicated.
Slot Machines
Slot machines as their own rental. Skip them if the corner is already full. Add it only if the floor still has a clear corner.
Photo Buttons
Photo buttons are a keepsake station, not a backdrop. Say so on the date request if the room is tight.

Local event planning
Summit Hill timeline and layout notes for the rink
Summit Hill timelines slip when the truck window is still a guess. Lock the address and the floor, then decide whether Photos with Santa even fits. Mark a spectator edge so photos happen beside the rink, not on it.
Give attendants a home base
Rink staff and anyone running Photos with Santa need a spot that is not the dinner aisle. It is a layout note, not a different rink size.
Hold extras until the rink fits
Add Photos with Santa after the skating rectangle is confirmed, not before.
Use the street address
A Summit Hill nickname is not a delivery location. Send the street and a site contact.
Leave a path to the doors
The Summit Hill layout still needs an exit route after the rink is placed.
Event ideas
Fitting a portable rink into a Summit Hill gathering
Fundraiser walk-through
Skating draws traffic in Summit Hill. Photos with Santa is optional if the hallway is already full.
Team dinner
Quote the rink only if the Summit Hill floor is actually open. Otherwise keep Photos with Santa and skip inventing skates.
Client thank-you
A rink photo moment carries a Summit Hill reception when speeches run long. Keep Photos with Santa off the check-in line.
Family open house
Shorter visits in Summit Hill still work when skate sessions rotate. Photos with Santa gives a second stop.
FAQ
Ice skating rental questions for Summit Hill, PA
What does a Summit Hill, PA rink request need?
The useful Summit Hill request names the hours, the address, the ages, and the rink. Photos with Santa is a separate line, not the starting point.
How large is the synthetic rink package?
The ice skating product page describes a 40 by 60 foot synthetic surface. If the Summit Hill room is tighter, say so before the date is held instead of inventing another size.
Do toddler and adult skates come with the rental?
Yes. Toddler through adult sizes are part of the package on the product page. Note ages on the Summit Hill quote.
Is rink staff included for Summit Hill?
Yes. Rink staff are included with the published package. Photos with Santa is a separate rental if you want it beside the skate path in Summit Hill.
Will the rink work outside at a Summit Hill site?
Temperature is not the limiter. Flat ground and barricade space are. Say whether the Summit Hill site is indoors or outdoors.
Is a Summit Hill nickname enough for rink delivery?
A city name is not a stop. The truck needs the Summit Hill street address, door notes, and someone to meet the crew.
Hold the portable rink for Summit Hill
If the Summit Hill room is tight, say that. We will not invent a smaller rink size.
