The skating package for Ridgefield includes skates and rink staff. Send the clear floor size with the date.
Cookie Art
Cookie decorating at a seated table, not a photo backdrop. It stays a separate line item on the same quote.
Photo Buttons
Photo buttons are a keepsake station, not a backdrop. It does not replace the rink.
Inflatable Photo Booth

How Ridgefield hosts leave room for the rink
Ridgefield timelines slip when the truck window is still a guess. Lock the address and the floor, then decide whether Cookie Art even fits. Leave a reset pocket beside the rink so staff are not crossing catering.
Write the hard out
Put the Ridgefield start and end on the request so setup and pickup use the same window. Outdoor plans need a wet-weather note on the same quote.
Name the age mix
Toddler size 8 through adult size 13 travel with the package. Ages help staff the Ridgefield sizing tent.
Confirm the flat floor
Concrete, asphalt, or a gym floor can work in Ridgefield. Soft lawn without a firm base is a no.
Seat the craft or side station
Cookie Art needs a table or a marked corner with no skate traffic through it.
