Quick answer
Which Ramapo facts matter before you advertise skating?
Confirm a flat rectangle in Ramapo that can take the published 40 by 60 foot synthetic surface. Then add Stud Poker or 360 Photo Booth only if a second corner stays clear of the skate path.
Browse the portable ice rink rentals hub or open the ice skating rental product page for the published footprint and skate sizes.
Build your quote
Ramapo ice skating rentals to put on the quote
Start with the 40 by 60 foot synthetic rink, then toggle only the Ramapo add-ons you have room for: Stud Poker, 360 Photo Booth, Giant Inflatable Snow Globe, and Magician.
Ice Skating Rink
Choose the rink only when Ramapo has a flat rectangle that is not already the dinner layout.
360 Photo Booth
360 booth from the photo catalog. Place it off the skate path. It does not replace the rink.
Giant Inflatable Snow Globe
Walk-in inflatable globe with an attendant. Separate from the rink. Add it only if the floor still has a clear corner.
Magician
A walk-around set needs a home base that is not the skate entrance. Add it only if the floor still has a clear corner.

Local event planning
What to measure before a Ramapo rink delivery
If dinner tables already fill the Ramapo floor, do not promise skates. Keep Stud Poker away from the doors. Age mix belongs on the quote when toddler skates are in the mix.
Use the street address
A Ramapo nickname is not a delivery location. Send the street and a site contact.
Hold extras until the rink fits
Add Stud Poker after the skating rectangle is confirmed, not before.
Give attendants a home base
Rink staff and anyone running Stud Poker need a spot that is not the dinner aisle.
Keep food off the active edge
Serving tables should not spill into the skate path. The crew confirms fit from the address and the floor notes you send.
Event ideas
Ice skating event types in Ramapo
Team dinner
Quote the rink only if the Ramapo floor is actually open. Otherwise keep Stud Poker and skip inventing skates.
Fundraiser walk-through
Skating draws traffic in Ramapo. Stud Poker is optional if the hallway is already full.
Afternoon club party
Younger guests need a seat. Stud Poker belongs at a table, not beside the skate entrance.
Client thank-you
A rink photo moment carries a Ramapo reception when speeches run long. Keep Stud Poker off the check-in line.
FAQ
Ice skating rental questions for Ramapo, NY
What belongs on a Ramapo ice skating quote?
Send the date, start and end, the street address in Ramapo, NY, the guest count, and the clear floor size. Add Stud Poker after the rink fits.
What footprint does the ice skating rental use?
Use the published footprint. For Ramapo, a tight floor is a reason to skip skating, not to invent a smaller rink.
What skate sizes travel with the Ramapo package?
Skates from toddler size 8 through adult size 13 travel with the package. Tell us the Ramapo age mix so the sizing tent is ready.
Who runs the rink at a Ramapo event?
Staff monitor traffic and help guests. Side stations such as Stud Poker are not included unless you add them.
Does the synthetic rink need freezing weather?
Synthetic panels simulate ice for year-round use. Ramapo sites still need a level pad and access for the truck.
How should Ramapo hosts describe the loading point?
Write where the truck may wait and who unlocks the Ramapo room. Skip nicknames.
Send the Ramapo address and the floor size
If the Ramapo room is tight, say that. We will not invent a smaller rink size.
