Photos with Santa
Santa photos are a separate rental from the rink and any booth. Add it only if the floor still has a clear corner.

Local event planning
Spectator edges versus skate traffic in Pleasant Hall
Do not stack a photo line on top of Photos with Santa in Pleasant Hall. The two stops should face different directions. One contact on site is more useful than a landmark.
Confirm the flat floor
Concrete, asphalt, or a gym floor can work in Pleasant Hall. Soft lawn without a firm base is a no.
Name the age mix
Toddler size 8 through adult size 13 travel with the package. Ages help staff the Pleasant Hall sizing tent.
Write the hard out
Put the Pleasant Hall start and end on the request so setup and pickup use the same window.
Keep food off the active edge
Serving tables should not spill into the skate path. The crew confirms fit from the address and the floor notes you send.
