Quick answer
What should a Orwigsburg host lock first for the rink?
Use this Orwigsburg page to quote the real package: synthetic surface, skates, and staff. Add-ons such as Green Screen Photo Party and Coney Island Photo Booth stay optional line items.
Browse the portable ice rink rentals hub or open the ice skating rental product page for the published footprint and skate sizes.
Build your quote
Build a Orwigsburg rink quote
The rink package is shared. The Orwigsburg row under it is not. Those rentals are Green Screen Photo Party, Coney Island Photo Booth, Giant Inflatable Snow Globe, and Slot Machines.
Ice Skating Rink
Choose the rink only when Orwigsburg has a flat rectangle that is not already the dinner layout.
Green Screen Photo Party
Green screen booth with its own backdrop. It stays a separate line item on the same quote.
Coney Island Photo Booth
Coney Island booth style from the photo catalog. Add it only if the floor still has a clear corner.
Giant Inflatable Snow Globe
Walk-in inflatable globe with an attendant. Separate from the rink. Add it only if the floor still has a clear corner.
Slot Machines
Slot machines as their own rental. Skip them if the corner is already full. Keep its line from crossing the rink path.

Local event planning
Guest flow for ice skating rentals in Orwigsburg
Large rooms in Orwigsburg fail when every guest is aimed at one backdrop. Give skating its own entrance and keep Green Screen Photo Party off that path. Put the outlet list with any lit booth or craft table, not in a later email.
Name the age mix
Toddler size 8 through adult size 13 travel with the package. Ages help staff the Orwigsburg sizing tent.
Write the hard out
Put the Orwigsburg start and end on the request so setup and pickup use the same window. Age mix belongs on the quote when toddler skates are in the mix.
Keep food off the active edge
Serving tables should not spill into the skate path.
Give attendants a home base
Rink staff and anyone running Green Screen Photo Party need a spot that is not the dinner aisle.

Client thank-you
A rink photo moment carries a Orwigsburg reception when speeches run long. Keep Green Screen Photo Party off the check-in line.
Afternoon club party
Younger guests need a seat. Green Screen Photo Party belongs at a table, not beside the skate entrance.
Private house party
Only quote the rink for a Orwigsburg house if the yard or cleared floor can take 40 by 60 feet. Otherwise keep Green Screen Photo Party.
Weekend family party
Mix ages by splitting skating from Green Screen Photo Party. Skate sizes cover toddlers through adults.
FAQ
Ice skating rental questions for Orwigsburg, PA
What belongs on a Orwigsburg ice skating quote?
Send the date, start and end, the street address in Orwigsburg, PA, the guest count, and the clear floor size. Add Green Screen Photo Party after the rink fits.
What footprint does the ice skating rental use?
Use the published footprint. For Orwigsburg, a tight floor is a reason to skip skating, not to invent a smaller rink.
What skate sizes travel with the Orwigsburg package?
Skates from toddler size 8 through adult size 13 travel with the package. Tell us the Orwigsburg age mix so the sizing tent is ready.
Who runs the rink at a Orwigsburg event?
Staff monitor traffic and help guests. Side stations such as Green Screen Photo Party are not included unless you add them.
Does the synthetic rink need freezing weather?
Synthetic panels simulate ice for year-round use. Orwigsburg sites still need a level pad and access for the truck.
How should Orwigsburg hosts describe the loading point?
Write where the truck may wait and who unlocks the Orwigsburg room. Skip nicknames.
