Build your quote
Oley rink headliner and four add-ons
Start with the 40 by 60 foot synthetic rink, then toggle only the Oley add-ons you have room for: Money Wheel, Cookie Art, Ornament Making, and Stud Poker.
Ice Skating Rink
The skating package for Oley includes skates and rink staff. Send the clear floor size with the date.
Money Wheel
Money wheel as one casino station, not a package with every table. Keep its line from crossing the rink path.
Cookie Art
Cookie decorating at a seated table, not a photo backdrop. Keep its line from crossing the rink path.
Ornament Making
Seated ornament workshop. Keep it off the skate path. It does not replace the rink.
Stud Poker
Stud poker is its own table rental. Add it only if the floor still has a clear corner.

How Oley hosts leave room for the rink
If dinner tables already fill the Oley floor, do not promise skates. Keep Money Wheel away from the doors. Leave a reset pocket beside the rink so staff are not crossing catering.
Hold extras until the rink fits
Add Money Wheel after the skating rectangle is confirmed, not before.
Give attendants a home base
Rink staff and anyone running Money Wheel need a spot that is not the dinner aisle.
Keep food off the active edge
Serving tables should not spill into the skate path.
Write the hard out
Put the Oley start and end on the request so setup and pickup use the same window. Put the outlet list with any lit booth or craft table, not in a later email.
Event ideas
Parties that stay on site in Oley
Client thank-you
A rink photo moment carries a Oley reception when speeches run long. Keep Money Wheel off the check-in line.
Team dinner
Quote the rink only if the Oley floor is actually open. Otherwise keep Money Wheel and skip inventing skates.
Private house party
Only quote the rink for a Oley house if the yard or cleared floor can take 40 by 60 feet. Otherwise keep Money Wheel.
Afternoon club party
Younger guests need a seat. Money Wheel belongs at a table, not beside the skate entrance.
FAQ
Ice skating rental questions for Oley, PA
Which details should a Oley host send first for the rink?
Start with the Oley date and the street address. Guest count and floor notes come next. Money Wheel can wait until skating is confirmed.
Can a smaller Oley room still request the rink?
The product page states 40 by 60 feet. Send the Oley clear floor size if you are unsure it fits.
Which skate sizes are included with the rink?
The published skate range is toddler size 8 through adult size 13. That is the range Oley hosts should plan around.
Are attendants part of the portable rink package?
Yes. Staff stay with the rink. If Oley also wants Money Wheel, that is another card on this page.
Can the portable rink be used indoors or outdoors in Oley?
Yes, when the surface is flat and firm. The product page describes a synthetic surface that works year-round on a flat pad. Soft lawn without a base is a problem in Oley.
What address format should Oley hosts use?
Use the street address plus any dock or stair limit. A Oley landmark is not a substitute.
