Quick answer
What belongs on the first Oaks rink request?
A Oaks rink quote needs the date, the street address, the guest count, and the clear floor size. Photos with Santa is optional and does not replace the rink.
Browse the portable ice rink rentals hub or open the ice skating rental product page for the published footprint and skate sizes.

Published rink and add-ons for Oaks
The rink package is shared. The Oaks row under it is not. Those rentals are Photos with Santa, Inflatable Photo Booth, Red Dog, and Snow Globe Photos.
Ice Skating Rink
Synthetic surface with skates and staff. Ask us to check it against the Oaks floor before you print the invite.
Photos with Santa
Santa photos are a separate rental from the rink and any booth. Place it off the skate entrance.
Inflatable Photo Booth
Inflatable LED booth from the photo catalog, separate from the rink. Tell us the guest ages if this station is for families.
Red Dog
Red Dog is a single table. Add it only when you want that game. Place it off the skate entrance.
Snow Globe Photos
Sealed photo globe craft. Not the inflatable globe. Skip it when the loading path is already complicated.

Local event planning
Keeping lines apart at a Oaks skating party
Oaks timelines slip when the truck window is still a guess. Lock the address and the floor, then decide whether Photos with Santa even fits. Hosts who name the end time get a cleaner pickup window.
One contact on site
Someone who can unlock the Oaks room beats a landmark on the quote. Outdoor plans need a wet-weather note on the same quote.
Power for side stations
List outlets near Photos with Santa. The rink layout is confirmed against a flat surface, not guessed from a photo.
Mark a spectator edge
Guests who are not skating need a place to stand that is not on the synthetic surface.
Say if the room is tight
A smaller Oaks floor is a reason to skip skating, not to invent another size.
Event ideas
Oaks events this rink fits
Team dinner
Quote the rink only if the Oaks floor is actually open. Otherwise keep Photos with Santa and skip inventing skates.
Fundraiser walk-through
Skating draws traffic in Oaks. Photos with Santa is optional if the hallway is already full.
Family open house
Shorter visits in Oaks still work when skate sessions rotate. Photos with Santa gives a second stop.
Client thank-you
A rink photo moment carries a Oaks reception when speeches run long. Keep Photos with Santa off the check-in line.
FAQ
Ice skating rental questions for Oaks, PA
How do you open an ice skating quote for Oaks?
Put the Oaks, PA street address on the same note as the date. Confirm the flat rectangle, then mention Photos with Santa if you want it priced.
What rink size should a Oaks room plan for?
Plan from the published rink page: a 40 by 60 foot synthetic surface. A Oaks room that cannot clear that rectangle should not advertise skating yet.
What skate range should Oaks hosts plan for?
Plan for toddler size 8 through adult size 13. Extra sizes beyond that are not listed on the product page.
Does the ice skating rental bring attendants?
Attendants travel with the rink. In Oaks, keep their reset pocket from merging with Photos with Santa.
What surface does a Oaks rink need?
Indoor gym floors and outdoor pads both work when they are flat. Send the Oaks surface type with the quote.
Do you need a landmark to route the truck in Oaks?
No. Send the street address in Oaks, loading notes, and a contact on site. We do not invent a venue name to make the page sound local.
Send the Oaks address and the floor size
One note is enough to start: Oaks address, guest count, and floor size. Mention Photos with Santa if you already know you want it.
