Quick answer
How should a Northvale planner confirm the ice skating rental?

Browse the portable ice rink rentals hub or open the ice skating rental product page for the published footprint and skate sizes.

What Northvale can add next to the portable rink
Nothing on this Northvale page is a renamed duplicate of the same card. Add-ons here: Texas Holdem, Craps, Photos with Santa, and Red Dog.
Ice Skating Rink
Choose the rink only when Northvale has a flat rectangle that is not already the dinner layout.
Texas Holdem
Holdem table for guests who want a seat, not a wandering game. Add it only if the floor still has a clear corner.
Craps
A craps table only if the room can give it a clear standing edge. It stays a separate line item on the same quote.
Photos with Santa
Santa photos are a separate rental from the rink and any booth. Place it off the skate entrance.
Red Dog
Red Dog is a single table. Add it only when you want that game. Place it off the skate entrance.

What to measure before a Northvale rink delivery
The Northvale quote gets faster when loading notes travel with the date. Place Texas Holdem where it does not cross the skate entrance. Put the outlet list with any lit booth or craft table, not in a later email.
Give attendants a home base
Rink staff and anyone running Texas Holdem need a spot that is not the dinner aisle. Outdoor plans need a wet-weather note on the same quote.
Hold extras until the rink fits
Add Texas Holdem after the skating rectangle is confirmed, not before.
Use the street address
A Northvale nickname is not a delivery location. Send the street and a site contact.
Leave a path to the doors
The Northvale layout still needs an exit route after the rink is placed.
Event ideas
Skating setups that match a Northvale floor
Company holiday party
A rink keeps the Northvale celebration in the same building as dinner. Texas Holdem covers guests who are not skating.
School winter program
Families in Northvale need a stop after the program. Texas Holdem works as that stop when it is seated away from the doors.
Town festival
A portable rink becomes the Northvale centerpiece when the pad is flat and fenced. Texas Holdem sits outside the skate path.
Community winter night
Staffed skating plus Texas Holdem gives Northvale guests a glide and a second finish.
