How Mount Union hosts leave room for the rink
Write the Mount Union guest count next to the floor size. Stud Poker is a side station, not a reason to shrink the skating rectangle. Outdoor plans need a wet-weather note on the same quote.
Name the age mix
Toddler size 8 through adult size 13 travel with the package. Ages help staff the Mount Union sizing tent.
Write the hard out
Put the Mount Union start and end on the request so setup and pickup use the same window. Share door width, stairs, and where the truck can wait.
Keep food off the active edge
Serving tables should not spill into the skate path.
Give attendants a home base
Rink staff and anyone running Stud Poker need a spot that is not the dinner aisle.

Company holiday party

FAQ
Ice skating rental questions for Mount Union, PA
Which details should a Mount Union host send first for the rink?
Start with the Mount Union date and the street address. Guest count and floor notes come next. Stud Poker can wait until skating is confirmed.
Can a smaller Mount Union room still request the rink?
The product page states 40 by 60 feet. Send the Mount Union clear floor size if you are unsure it fits.
Which skate sizes are included with the rink?
The published skate range is toddler size 8 through adult size 13. That is the range Mount Union hosts should plan around.
Are attendants part of the portable rink package?
Yes. Staff stay with the rink. If Mount Union also wants Stud Poker, that is another card on this page.
Can the portable rink be used indoors or outdoors in Mount Union?
Yes, when the surface is flat and firm. The product page describes a synthetic surface that works year-round on a flat pad. Soft lawn without a base is a problem in Mount Union.
What address format should Mount Union hosts use?
Use the street address plus any dock or stair limit. A Mount Union landmark is not a substitute.
