Quick answer
Laser tag that rotates cleanly at real Cedars venues
Cedars laser tag rentals win when capacity is honest: 8 active players, squads of four, and short heats so 100 or 200 guests still feel the game. Choose Open Air when you have usable open space, or Laser Tag Arena when you want a contained field and bigger visual impact. We confirm the option for your date and can stack dry competitive, carnival, or concession add-ons on the same quote. Indoor rooms work when the floor is flat and the lights can stay on for safe play.

Local event planning
Planning a laser field Cedars guests can find in five seconds
Cedars venues vary from gyms to lawns. Treat laser tag like a Mission Brief you design around 8 active players – not a free-for-all. Put the field where the crowd already gathers, with a marked holding spot for the next squad.
Lock Open Air or Arena
Open Air needs roughly 40×40 ft clear to start. Arena needs room for the inflatable footprint plus safe access. Hosts who write this down get cleaner rotations and fewer mid-event moves.
Plan the 8-player limit
Two squads of four play per heat. Post heat numbers so 100 or 200 guests know when they are up.
Hold the next squad
Give waiting players a marked area near the Cedars field so resets stay under a minute.
Stack dry add-ons
Interactive games, carnival booths, or concessions keep non-players busy without water or dunk attractions.

College events and lock-ins
Glow-friendly heats, fast rematches, and clear rotation math keep late-night programs moving.
Festivals and community days
Open Air or Arena plus midway add-ons turn one field into a full challenge zone.
Corporate field days
Team competition that photographs well and scales past 8 players with squad cards and brackets. The field stays the main stop; add-ons cover the people waiting on a heat.
FAQ
Laser tag rental FAQs for Cedars, PA
How many players can play laser tag at once in Cedars, PA?
Our laser tag setup is capped at 4 vs 4 gameplay, which means 8 active players at one time.
Can you handle 100 or 200 guests with only 8 active players?
Yes. We split guests into squads of four, run two squads per heat, and use a scoreboard or bracket. A 100-guest event is usually 25 squads and about 13 qualifier heats before playoffs. A 200-guest event is about 50 squads and 25 qualifier heats before finals.
What is the difference between Open Air Laser Tag and Laser Tag Arena?
Open Air Laser Tag is the most affordable option and works well when you already have a good open space. Laser Tag Arena is the upgrade when you want a larger inflatable field, stronger visual impact, and a more contained game zone.
How much space do laser tag rentals need in Cedars, PA?
A clear, flat area around 40 by 40 feet is a helpful starting point for open-air play in Cedars. Larger spaces, gyms, fields, and parking lots allow wider lanes and easier spectator flow. The arena option may need additional room for the inflatable footprint and safe access.
Can laser tag be set up indoors or outdoors?
Yes. We can plan laser tag for gyms, fields, recreation centers, ballrooms, lawns, and other flat spaces. Weather, surface, ceiling height, power access, and guest flow are reviewed before the event so the setup matches the venue. Add-ons are optional and stay on the same quote as the laser field.
What is included with a laser tag rental in Cedars, Pennsylvania?
The rental includes laser tag equipment, bunkers or arena elements based on the option selected, setup, cleanup, safety briefing, match timing, and staff-led rotations. We can also help shape tournament formats for schools, camps, birthdays, festivals, and corporate events.
