Quick answer
What do we need before holding a Trappe holiday date?
A Trappe holiday quote is the date, the street address, the guest count, and whether you want the rink, the globe, or both. Photos with Santa and Photo Buttons are the first add-ons listed here because they fit a different corner than skating.
Browse the holiday party rentals hub or open the ice skating rental and inflatable snow globe.

Published holiday rentals for Trappe
Start with the synthetic rink or the inflatable globe, then toggle only the Trappe add-ons you have room for: Photos with Santa, Photo Buttons, Green Screen Photo Party, 360 Photo Booth, Money Wheel, and Slot Machines.
Ice Skating Rink
Staffed synthetic rink. The product page lists a 40 by 60 foot surface and skates from toddler size 8 through adult size 13.
Giant Inflatable Snow Globe
Walk-in globe photo op. An attendant is part of this holiday listing.
Holiday Casino Party
The holiday casino listing uses play money. Add only the Trappe games you have space to seat.
Holiday Photo Booths
Prints and props start here. If a booth style is listed under the Trappe add-ons, that style is the one to toggle.
Photos with Santa
Santa photos are a separate rental from the booth and the globe. Tell us the guest ages if this station is for families.
Photo Buttons
Photo buttons are a keepsake station, not a backdrop. Place it off the skate entrance.
Green Screen Photo Party
Green screen booth with its own backdrop. It is not the inflatable globe. It stays a separate line item on the same quote.
360 Photo Booth
360 booth from the photo catalog. Place it so it does not share the globe line. It stays a separate line item on the same quote.
Money Wheel
Money wheel as one casino station, not a package with every table. Add it only if the floor still has a clear corner.
Slot Machines
Slot machines as their own rental. Skip them if the corner is already full. Add it only if the floor still has a clear corner.

Local event planning
Load-in notes for holiday rentals in Trappe
If dinner tables already fill the Trappe floor, do not promise skates. Keep the globe and seat Photos with Santa away from the photo line. Indoor rooms work when the floor is flat and the ceiling clears the setup.
Seat the craft or side station
Photos with Santa needs a table or a marked corner with no skate traffic through it.
Do not stack two photo lines
The globe and Photos with Santa both stop guests. Face the lines in different directions.
Send the loading facts
Door width, stairs or an elevator, and where the truck waits in Trappe belong on the quote.
Measure before you promise skates
The rink needs a flat rectangle. If Trappe dinner tables already fill it, keep the globe and skip the rink. Mark a spectator edge so photos happen beside the rink, not on it.
Event ideas
Parties that stay on site in Trappe
Family open house
Shorter visits in Trappe suit the globe photo line plus Photos with Santa. The rink is only worth it when the floor is actually open.
Office celebration
If skating would block the egress path, lead with the globe and Photos with Santa instead of forcing a rink into the Trappe floor.
Team dinner
One casino table or Photos with Santa reads as a side station in Trappe without taking the whole room.
Fundraiser walk-through
An attended globe gives Trappe guests a finish-on-site photo. Photos with Santa is optional if the hallway is already full.
FAQ
Holiday rental questions for Trappe, MD
What does a Trappe, MD holiday request need?
The useful Trappe request names the hours, the address, the ages, and the headliner. Photos with Santa is a separate line, not the starting point.
Does the giant snow globe include an attendant in Trappe?
Yes. The holiday listing includes an attendant with the inflatable snow globe. Photos with Santa is a separate rental if you want it beside that photo line in Trappe.
What does the ice skating rental include?
Skates and rink staff travel with the synthetic package. Send the Trappe floor size if you are unsure it fits.
Can casino tables be booked without a full pit?
Yes. Individual table pages are separate rentals. The Holiday Casino Party card is the overview. In Trappe, add Photos with Santa only if that game is actually on this page and you have room.
What electrical detail belongs on a Trappe quote?
We do not need a full electrical plan. We do need to know where the Trappe booth and Photos with Santa can plug in without crossing the rink.
Is a Trappe nickname enough for delivery?
A city name is not a stop. The truck needs the Trappe street address, door notes, and someone to meet the crew.
Put the Trappe date on a quote
Send the Trappe address and which headliner you want. We confirm the rink or globe first, then the add-ons you toggled, starting with Photos with Santa.
