How Stony Point hosts leave room for the rink or the globe
A tight Stony Point room can still work if you drop the rink and keep the globe plus Money Wheel. Say that before the date is announced. The crew confirms fit from the address and the floor notes you send.
Hold extras until the anchor fits
Add Money Wheel after the rink or globe is confirmed, not before.
Match the booth to the room
Pick a booth style only if Stony Point has a corner that is not already the globe line.
Leave a path to the doors
The Stony Point layout still needs an exit route after the rink or globe is placed. Leave a reset pocket beside the rink so staff are not crossing catering.
Name the age mix
Toddler skates and a family craft such as Money Wheel are easier to staff when ages are on the quote.
Event ideas
Guest lists that use a Stony Point holiday rental
Private house party
Only quote the rink for a Stony Point house if the yard or the cleared floor can take it. Otherwise keep the globe and Money Wheel.
Weekend family party
Mix ages by splitting skating from Money Wheel. The globe attendant is already part of that listing.
Reception after a program
The Stony Point crowd leaves in a wave. A globe line needs a holding spot, and Money Wheel should not share it.
Classroom winter party
A craft such as Money Wheel fits a Stony Point classroom better than a rink. Say the room size on the quote.
FAQ
Holiday rental questions for Stony Point, NY
Which details should a Stony Point host send first?
Start with the Stony Point date and the street address. Guest count and a yes or no on the rink come next. Money Wheel can wait until the anchor fits.
Does the globe rental bring its own attendant to Stony Point?
Yes. Staff stay with the globe. If Stony Point also wants Money Wheel, that is another card on this page.
What rink size should a Stony Point room plan for?
Plan from the published rink page: a 40 by 60 foot synthetic surface, skates, and staff. A Stony Point room that cannot clear that rectangle should not advertise skating yet.
Can Stony Point add one table instead of a whole pit?
Book the games that fit the room. Play money is how the holiday casino listing is described. Money Wheel stays optional for Stony Point.
What should the Stony Point venue say about power?
List the outlets near the booth and near Money Wheel. The crew checks the rink against a flat Stony Point surface rather than guessing from a photo.
What address format should Stony Point hosts use?
Use the street address plus any dock or stair limit. A Stony Point landmark is not a substitute.
