Local event planning
What to measure before a Ramapo holiday delivery
If dinner tables already fill the Ramapo floor, do not promise skates. Keep the globe and seat Photos with Santa away from the photo line. Age mix belongs on the quote when a craft or Santa photos are in the mix.
Say if inflatables are restricted
If the Ramapo building limits inflatables, hold the globe and still price the other items.
Keep food off the active edge
Serving tables should not spill into the skate path or the globe entrance.
Write the hard out
Put the Ramapo start and end on the request so setup and pickup use the same window.
Give every attendant a home base
Staff for the rink, the globe, or Photos with Santa need a spot that is not the dinner aisle. The crew confirms fit from the address and the floor notes you send.
