Local event planning
Seated stations versus skate traffic in Pleasant Hall
Do not stack the globe line on top of Roulette in Pleasant Hall. The two stops should face different directions. One contact on site is more useful than a landmark.
Seat the craft or side station
Roulette needs a table or a marked corner with no skate traffic through it.
Quote casino as tables
Add only the games the Pleasant Hall room can see. A single table is a valid quote.
Confirm power early
List outlets near the booth and near Roulette. Do not make the crew guess from a photo.
Give every attendant a home base
Staff for the rink, the globe, or Roulette need a spot that is not the dinner aisle. The crew confirms fit from the address and the floor notes you send.
Event ideas
Parties that stay on site in Pleasant Hall
Classroom winter party
A craft such as Roulette fits a Pleasant Hall classroom better than a rink. Say the room size on the quote.
Reception after a program
The Pleasant Hall crowd leaves in a wave. A globe line needs a holding spot, and Roulette should not share it.
Afternoon club party
Younger guests need a seat. Roulette belongs at a table, not beside the skate entrance.
Private house party
Only quote the rink for a Pleasant Hall house if the yard or the cleared floor can take it. Otherwise keep the globe and Roulette.
