Orangetown holiday rentals to put on the quote
The carousel is shared. The Orangetown row under it is not. Those rentals are Photos with Santa, Ornament Making, Cookie Art, Blackjack, Stud Poker, and Green Screen Photo Party.
Ice Skating Rink
Staffed synthetic rink. The product page lists a 40 by 60 foot surface and skates from toddler size 8 through adult size 13.
Giant Inflatable Snow Globe
Use the globe as the Orangetown headliner if skating will not fit. The attendant is included in that listing.
Holiday Casino Party
This card is the menu, not a bundle. Orangetown quotes can include one table or none.
Holiday Photo Booths
Prints and props start here. If a booth style is listed under the Orangetown add-ons, that style is the one to toggle.
Photos with Santa
Santa photos are a separate rental from the booth and the globe. It does not replace the rink or the globe.

Local event planning
Where to put skating and photos in Orangetown
Write the Orangetown guest count next to the floor size. Photos with Santa is a side station, not a reason to shrink the skating rectangle. Hosts who name the end time get a cleaner pickup window.
Say if inflatables are restricted
If the Orangetown building limits inflatables, hold the globe and still price the other items.
Keep food off the active edge
Serving tables should not spill into the skate path or the globe entrance. Age mix belongs on the quote when a craft or Santa photos are in the mix.
Write the hard out
Put the Orangetown start and end on the request so setup and pickup use the same window.
Give every attendant a home base
Staff for the rink, the globe, or Photos with Santa need a spot that is not the dinner aisle.
Event ideas
Fitting a rink or a globe into a Orangetown gathering
Family open house
Shorter visits in Orangetown suit the globe photo line plus Photos with Santa. The rink is only worth it when the floor is actually open.
Office celebration
If skating would block the egress path, lead with the globe and Photos with Santa instead of forcing a rink into the Orangetown floor.
School winter program
Families in Orangetown need a stop after the program. Photos with Santa works as that stop when it is seated away from the doors.
Company holiday party
A rink or globe keeps the Orangetown celebration in the same building as dinner. Photos with Santa covers guests who are not skating.
FAQ
Holiday rental questions for Orangetown, NY
Which details should a Orangetown host send first?
Start with the Orangetown date and the street address. Guest count and a yes or no on the rink come next. Photos with Santa can wait until the anchor fits.
Does the globe rental bring its own attendant to Orangetown?
Yes. Staff stay with the globe. If Orangetown also wants Photos with Santa, that is another card on this page.
What rink size should a Orangetown room plan for?
Plan from the published rink page: a 40 by 60 foot synthetic surface, skates, and staff. A Orangetown room that cannot clear that rectangle should not advertise skating yet.
Can Orangetown add one table instead of a whole pit?
Book the games that fit the room. Play money is how the holiday casino listing is described. Photos with Santa stays optional for Orangetown.
What should the Orangetown venue say about power?
List the outlets near the booth and near Photos with Santa. The crew checks the rink against a flat Orangetown surface rather than guessing from a photo.
What address format should Orangetown hosts use?
Use the street address plus any dock or stair limit. A Orangetown landmark is not a substitute.
