Quick answer
What belongs on the first Lyndell holiday request?
A Lyndell holiday quote is the date, the street address, the guest count, and whether you want the rink, the globe, or both. Photos with Santa and Snowflake Photo Ornaments are the first add-ons listed here because they fit a different corner than skating.
Browse the holiday party rentals hub or open the ice skating rental and inflatable snow globe.

Local event planning
Staging notes for a Lyndell, PA holiday date
Large rooms in Lyndell fail when every guest is aimed at one backdrop. Give skating its own entrance and keep Photos with Santa off that path. Put the outlet list with the booth and craft tables, not in a later email.
Measure before you promise skates
The rink needs a flat rectangle. If Lyndell dinner tables already fill it, keep the globe and skip the rink.
Send the loading facts
Door width, stairs or an elevator, and where the truck waits in Lyndell belong on the quote. Share door width, stairs, and where the truck can wait.
Do not stack two photo lines
The globe and Photos with Santa both stop guests. Face the lines in different directions.
Seat the craft or side station
Photos with Santa needs a table or a marked corner with no skate traffic through it.

FAQ
Holiday rental questions for Lyndell, PA
Which details should a Lyndell host send first?
Start with the Lyndell date and the street address. Guest count and a yes or no on the rink come next. Photos with Santa can wait until the anchor fits.
Does the globe rental bring its own attendant to Lyndell?
Yes. Staff stay with the globe. If Lyndell also wants Photos with Santa, that is another card on this page.
What rink size should a Lyndell room plan for?
Plan from the published rink page: a 40 by 60 foot synthetic surface, skates, and staff. A Lyndell room that cannot clear that rectangle should not advertise skating yet.
Can Lyndell add one table instead of a whole pit?
Book the games that fit the room. Play money is how the holiday casino listing is described. Photos with Santa stays optional for Lyndell.
What should the Lyndell venue say about power?
List the outlets near the booth and near Photos with Santa. The crew checks the rink against a flat Lyndell surface rather than guessing from a photo.
What address format should Lyndell hosts use?
Use the street address plus any dock or stair limit. A Lyndell landmark is not a substitute.
Hold the rink or the globe for Lyndell
Share the street address in Lyndell, PA and whether the floor can take skating. Add Photos with Santa only if that corner is still open.
