Holiday Party Rentals in Kent, NY

- Casino tables quoted as individual games, not a forced pit
- Photo booth styles are separate rentals from the overview
- Delivery, setup, and pickup for the address you send
Quick answer
How should a Kent planner narrow the holiday list?
Pick the synthetic rink or the inflatable snow globe as the anchor in Kent. Then add Photos with Santa or Photo Buttons if the guest list needs a second stop. The other add-ons on this page are optional line items, not a bundle.
Browse the holiday party rentals hub or open the ice skating rental and inflatable snow globe.

Published holiday rentals for Kent
Start with the synthetic rink or the inflatable globe, then toggle only the Kent add-ons you have room for: Photos with Santa, Photo Buttons, Craps, Roulette, Cookie Art, and Snow Globe Photos.
Ice Skating Rink
Staffed synthetic rink. The product page lists a 40 by 60 foot surface and skates from toddler size 8 through adult size 13.
Giant Inflatable Snow Globe
Use the globe as the Kent headliner if skating will not fit. The attendant is included in that listing.
Holiday Casino Party
This card is the menu, not a bundle. Kent quotes can include one table or none.
Holiday Photo Booths
Use this when Kent wants a photo stop and you have not picked open-air, 360, or green screen yet.
Photos with Santa
Santa photos are a separate rental from the booth and the globe. Say so on the date request if the room is tight.
Photo Buttons
Photo buttons are a keepsake station, not a backdrop. Skip it when the loading path is already complicated.
Craps
A craps table only if the room can give it a clear standing edge. Skip it when the loading path is already complicated.
Roulette
A single roulette table from the holiday casino menu, not a full pit. Tell us the guest ages if this station is for families.
Cookie Art
Cookie decorating at a seated table, not a photo backdrop. Say so on the date request if the room is tight.
Snow Globe Photos
Guests pose and take home a sealed photo globe. This is the craft, not the inflatable. Say so on the date request if the room is tight.

Local event planning
How Kent hosts leave room for the rink or the globe
If dinner tables already fill the Kent floor, do not promise skates. Keep the globe and seat Photos with Santa away from the photo line. The crew confirms fit from the address and the floor notes you send.
Seat the craft or side station
Photos with Santa needs a table or a marked corner with no skate traffic through it.
Do not stack two photo lines
The globe and Photos with Santa both stop guests. Face the lines in different directions.
Send the loading facts
Door width, stairs or an elevator, and where the truck waits in Kent belong on the quote.
Measure before you promise skates
The rink needs a flat rectangle. If Kent dinner tables already fill it, keep the globe and skip the rink. Mark a spectator edge so photos happen beside the rink, not on it.
Event ideas
How Kent hosts use one anchor and a side station
Family open house
Shorter visits in Kent suit the globe photo line plus Photos with Santa. The rink is only worth it when the floor is actually open.
Office celebration
If skating would block the egress path, lead with the globe and Photos with Santa instead of forcing a rink into the Kent floor.
Team dinner
One casino table or Photos with Santa reads as a side station in Kent without taking the whole room.
Fundraiser walk-through
An attended globe gives Kent guests a finish-on-site photo. Photos with Santa is optional if the hallway is already full.
FAQ
Holiday rental questions for Kent, NY
Which details should a Kent host send first?
Start with the Kent date and the street address. Guest count and a yes or no on the rink come next. Photos with Santa can wait until the anchor fits.
Does the globe rental bring its own attendant to Kent?
Yes. Staff stay with the globe. If Kent also wants Photos with Santa, that is another card on this page.
What rink size should a Kent room plan for?
Plan from the published rink page: a 40 by 60 foot synthetic surface, skates, and staff. A Kent room that cannot clear that rectangle should not advertise skating yet.
Can Kent add one table instead of a whole pit?
Book the games that fit the room. Play money is how the holiday casino listing is described. Photos with Santa stays optional for Kent.
What should the Kent venue say about power?
List the outlets near the booth and near Photos with Santa. The crew checks the rink against a flat Kent surface rather than guessing from a photo.
What address format should Kent hosts use?
Use the street address plus any dock or stair limit. A Kent landmark is not a substitute.
