Quick answer
What belongs on the first Greenville holiday request?
Use this Greenville page to choose real items: a staffed synthetic rink, an attended globe, and add-ons such as Photos with Santa and Photo Buttons. Skip anything that does not have a product link.
Browse the holiday party rentals hub or open the ice skating rental and inflatable snow globe.

Quote list for Greenville holiday parties
The carousel is shared. The Greenville row under it is not. Those rentals are Photos with Santa, Photo Buttons, Money Wheel, Texas Holdem, Craps, and Roulette.
Ice Skating Rink
Choose the rink only when Greenville has a flat rectangle that is not already the dinner layout.
Giant Inflatable Snow Globe
The globe is a separate rental from the rink. Keep its Greenville line from blocking the doors.

Holiday Photo Booths
Booth overview. A specific unit on the Greenville add-on row is its own product page.
Photos with Santa
Santa photos are a separate rental from the booth and the globe. Place it off the skate entrance.
Photo Buttons
Photo buttons are a keepsake station, not a backdrop. Keep its line from crossing the rink path.
Money Wheel
Money wheel as one casino station, not a package with every table. Keep its line from crossing the rink path.
Texas Holdem
Holdem table for guests who want a seat, not a wandering game. It does not replace the rink or the globe.
Craps
A craps table only if the room can give it a clear standing edge. It stays a separate line item on the same quote.
Roulette
A single roulette table from the holiday casino menu, not a full pit. Place it off the skate entrance.

Local event planning
Where to put skating and photos in Greenville
Holiday rentals in Greenville read cleaner with one anchor and one extra. Photos with Santa is the extra most hosts on this page add first. Put the outlet list with the booth and craft tables, not in a later email.
Name the age mix
Toddler skates and a family craft such as Photos with Santa are easier to staff when ages are on the quote.
Leave a path to the doors
The Greenville layout still needs an exit route after the rink or globe is placed.
Match the booth to the room
Pick a booth style only if Greenville has a corner that is not already the globe line. Leave a reset pocket beside the rink so staff are not crossing catering.
Hold extras until the anchor fits
Add Photos with Santa after the rink or globe is confirmed, not before.
Event ideas
Parties that stay on site in Greenville
Family open house
Shorter visits in Greenville suit the globe photo line plus Photos with Santa. The rink is only worth it when the floor is actually open.
Company holiday party
A rink or globe keeps the Greenville celebration in the same building as dinner. Photos with Santa covers guests who are not skating.
School winter program
Families in Greenville need a stop after the program. Photos with Santa works as that stop when it is seated away from the doors.
Office celebration
If skating would block the egress path, lead with the globe and Photos with Santa instead of forcing a rink into the Greenville floor.
FAQ
Holiday rental questions for Greenville, NY
Which details should a Greenville host send first?
Start with the Greenville date and the street address. Guest count and a yes or no on the rink come next. Photos with Santa can wait until the anchor fits.
Does the globe rental bring its own attendant to Greenville?
Yes. Staff stay with the globe. If Greenville also wants Photos with Santa, that is another card on this page.
What rink size should a Greenville room plan for?
Plan from the published rink page: a 40 by 60 foot synthetic surface, skates, and staff. A Greenville room that cannot clear that rectangle should not advertise skating yet.
Can Greenville add one table instead of a whole pit?
Book the games that fit the room. Play money is how the holiday casino listing is described. Photos with Santa stays optional for Greenville.
What should the Greenville venue say about power?
List the outlets near the booth and near Photos with Santa. The crew checks the rink against a flat Greenville surface rather than guessing from a photo.
What address format should Greenville hosts use?
Use the street address plus any dock or stair limit. A Greenville landmark is not a substitute.
Ready to hold a Greenville holiday date?
One note is enough to start: Greenville address, guest count, and rink or globe. Mention Photos with Santa if you already know you want it.
