Holiday Party Rentals in Crawford, NY
A Crawford holiday date starts with the rink footprint or the globe photo line, not with a renamed copy of the same card. Add Photos with Santa, Magician, Texas Holdem, Stud Poker, Red Dog, and 360 Photo Booth only when the floor still has a corner that is not the skate entrance.
- Flat floor and loading notes come with the date request
- Add-ons on this page are published rentals with their own links
- Synthetic ice rink with skates and rink staff
- Inflatable snow globe photo op with an attendant
Quick answer
What belongs on the first Crawford holiday request?
Lock the Crawford loading path and the flat floor before you add extras. The headliners stay the rink and the globe. Photos with Santa is a separate rental from both.
Browse the holiday party rentals hub or open the ice skating rental and inflatable snow globe.
Build your quote
Build a Crawford holiday quote
Put the anchor on the quote first. The Crawford extras, Photos with Santa, Magician, Texas Holdem, Stud Poker, Red Dog, and 360 Photo Booth, stay optional.
Ice Skating Rink
Staffed synthetic rink. The product page lists a 40 by 60 foot surface and skates from toddler size 8 through adult size 13.
Giant Inflatable Snow Globe
Walk-in globe photo op. An attendant is part of this holiday listing.
Holiday Casino Party
This card is the menu, not a bundle. Crawford quotes can include one table or none.
Holiday Photo Booths
Use this when Crawford wants a photo stop and you have not picked open-air, 360, or green screen yet.
Photos with Santa
Santa photos are a separate rental from the booth and the globe. Add it only if the floor still has a clear corner.
Magician
A walk-around set needs a home base that is not the casino chairs. Keep its line from crossing the rink path.
Texas Holdem
Holdem table for guests who want a seat, not a wandering game. Say so on the date request if the room is tight.
Stud Poker
Stud poker is its own table rental. Say so on the date request if the room is tight.
Red Dog
Red Dog is a single table. Add it only when you want that game. Skip it when the loading path is already complicated.
360 Photo Booth
360 booth from the photo catalog. Place it so it does not share the globe line. Tell us the guest ages if this station is for families.

Local event planning
Guest flow for holiday rentals in Crawford
Holiday rentals in Crawford read cleaner with one anchor and one extra. Photos with Santa is the extra most hosts on this page add first. A flat surface matters more than a neighborhood nickname.
Keep food off the active edge
Serving tables should not spill into the skate path or the globe entrance.
Say if inflatables are restricted
If the Crawford building limits inflatables, hold the globe and still price the other items.
Name the age mix
Toddler skates and a family craft such as Photos with Santa are easier to staff when ages are on the quote. Leave a reset pocket beside the rink so staff are not crossing catering.
Leave a path to the doors
The Crawford layout still needs an exit route after the rink or globe is placed.
Event ideas
Parties that stay on site in Crawford
Team dinner
One casino table or Photos with Santa reads as a side station in Crawford without taking the whole room.
Office celebration
If skating would block the egress path, lead with the globe and Photos with Santa instead of forcing a rink into the Crawford floor.
Family open house
Shorter visits in Crawford suit the globe photo line plus Photos with Santa. The rink is only worth it when the floor is actually open.
Fundraiser walk-through
An attended globe gives Crawford guests a finish-on-site photo. Photos with Santa is optional if the hallway is already full.
