Holiday Party Rentals in Chester, NY
A Chester holiday date starts with the rink footprint or the globe photo line, not with a renamed copy of the same card. Add Snowflake Photo Ornaments, Photo Buttons, Slot Machines, Texas Holdem, Blackjack, and Cookie Art only when the floor still has a corner that is not the skate entrance.
- Inflatable snow globe photo op with an attendant
- Casino tables quoted as individual games, not a forced pit
- Photo booth styles are separate rentals from the overview
- Delivery, setup, and pickup for the address you send
Quick answer
How do Chester hosts choose a rink or a globe?
A Chester holiday quote is the date, the street address, the guest count, and whether you want the rink, the globe, or both. Snowflake Photo Ornaments and Photo Buttons are the first add-ons listed here because they fit a different corner than skating.
Browse the holiday party rentals hub or open the ice skating rental and inflatable snow globe.

What Chester can add next to the rink or globe
Headliners stay the rink, the globe, the casino overview, and the booth overview. This Chester add-on set is Snowflake Photo Ornaments, Photo Buttons, Slot Machines, Texas Holdem, Blackjack, and Cookie Art.
Ice Skating Rink
Choose the rink only when Chester has a flat rectangle that is not already the dinner layout.
Giant Inflatable Snow Globe
Use the globe as the Chester headliner if skating will not fit. The attendant is included in that listing.
Holiday Casino Party
Overview for a holiday casino corner. Pick real tables in the add-on row instead of assuming a full pit.
Holiday Photo Booths
Use this when Chester wants a photo stop and you have not picked open-air, 360, or green screen yet.
Snowflake Photo Ornaments
Acrylic snowflake ornaments sealed with event photos. It stays a separate line item on the same quote.
Photo Buttons
Photo buttons are a keepsake station, not a backdrop. Place it off the skate entrance.
Slot Machines
Slot machines as their own rental. Skip them if the corner is already full. Skip it when the loading path is already complicated.
Texas Holdem
Holdem table for guests who want a seat, not a wandering game. Place it off the skate entrance.
Blackjack
One staffed blackjack table when you do not need every casino game. Say so on the date request if the room is tight.
Cookie Art
Cookie decorating at a seated table, not a photo backdrop. Skip it when the loading path is already complicated.

Where to put skating and photos in Chester
A tight Chester room can still work if you drop the rink and keep the globe plus Snowflake Photo Ornaments. Say that before the date is announced. It is a layout note, not a different rental package.
Measure before you promise skates
The rink needs a flat rectangle. If Chester dinner tables already fill it, keep the globe and skip the rink.
Send the loading facts
Door width, stairs or an elevator, and where the truck waits in Chester belong on the quote.
Do not stack two photo lines
The globe and Snowflake Photo Ornaments both stop guests. Face the lines in different directions. One contact on site is more useful than a landmark.
Seat the craft or side station
Snowflake Photo Ornaments needs a table or a marked corner with no skate traffic through it.
Event ideas
Guest lists that use a Chester holiday rental
School winter program
Families in Chester need a stop after the program. Snowflake Photo Ornaments works as that stop when it is seated away from the doors.
Reception after a program
The Chester crowd leaves in a wave. A globe line needs a holding spot, and Snowflake Photo Ornaments should not share it.
Weekend family party
Mix ages by splitting skating from Snowflake Photo Ornaments. The globe attendant is already part of that listing.
Company holiday party
A rink or globe keeps the Chester celebration in the same building as dinner. Snowflake Photo Ornaments covers guests who are not skating.
FAQ
Holiday rental questions for Chester, NY
Which details should a Chester host send first?
Start with the Chester date and the street address. Guest count and a yes or no on the rink come next. Snowflake Photo Ornaments can wait until the anchor fits.
Does the globe rental bring its own attendant to Chester?
Yes. Staff stay with the globe. If Chester also wants Snowflake Photo Ornaments, that is another card on this page.
What rink size should a Chester room plan for?
Plan from the published rink page: a 40 by 60 foot synthetic surface, skates, and staff. A Chester room that cannot clear that rectangle should not advertise skating yet.
Can Chester add one table instead of a whole pit?
Book the games that fit the room. Play money is how the holiday casino listing is described. Snowflake Photo Ornaments stays optional for Chester.
What should the Chester venue say about power?
List the outlets near the booth and near Snowflake Photo Ornaments. The crew checks the rink against a flat Chester surface rather than guessing from a photo.
What address format should Chester hosts use?
Use the street address plus any dock or stair limit. A Chester landmark is not a substitute.
