Local event planning
How Blairs Mills hosts leave room for the rink or the globe
Write the Blairs Mills guest count next to the floor size. Slot Machines is a side station, not a reason to shrink the skating rectangle. It is a layout note, not a different rental package.
Write the hard out
Put the Blairs Mills start and end on the request so setup and pickup use the same window.
Keep food off the active edge
Serving tables should not spill into the skate path or the globe entrance. Share door width, stairs, and where the truck can wait.
Say if inflatables are restricted
If the Blairs Mills building limits inflatables, hold the globe and still price the other items.
Name the age mix
Toddler skates and a family craft such as Slot Machines are easier to staff when ages are on the quote.
Event ideas
When Blairs Mills books the globe instead of the rink
Afternoon club party
Younger guests need a seat. Slot Machines belongs at a table, not beside the skate entrance.
Private house party
Only quote the rink for a Blairs Mills house if the yard or the cleared floor can take it. Otherwise keep the globe and Slot Machines.
Classroom winter party
A craft such as Slot Machines fits a Blairs Mills classroom better than a rink. Say the room size on the quote.
Reception after a program
The Blairs Mills crowd leaves in a wave. A globe line needs a holding spot, and Slot Machines should not share it.
FAQ
Holiday rental questions for Blairs Mills, PA
Which details should a Blairs Mills host send first?
Start with the Blairs Mills date and the street address. Guest count and a yes or no on the rink come next. Slot Machines can wait until the anchor fits.
Does the globe rental bring its own attendant to Blairs Mills?
Yes. Staff stay with the globe. If Blairs Mills also wants Slot Machines, that is another card on this page.
What rink size should a Blairs Mills room plan for?
Plan from the published rink page: a 40 by 60 foot synthetic surface, skates, and staff. A Blairs Mills room that cannot clear that rectangle should not advertise skating yet.
Can Blairs Mills add one table instead of a whole pit?
Book the games that fit the room. Play money is how the holiday casino listing is described. Slot Machines stays optional for Blairs Mills.
What should the Blairs Mills venue say about power?
List the outlets near the booth and near Slot Machines. The crew checks the rink against a flat Blairs Mills surface rather than guessing from a photo.
What address format should Blairs Mills hosts use?
Use the street address plus any dock or stair limit. A Blairs Mills landmark is not a substitute.
