Quick answer
What belongs on the first Bedford holiday request?
Lock the Bedford loading path and the flat floor before you add extras. The headliners stay the rink and the globe. Snow Globe Photos is a separate rental from both.
Browse the holiday party rentals hub or open the ice skating rental and inflatable snow globe.

Nothing on this Bedford page is a renamed duplicate of the same card. Add-ons here: Snow Globe Photos, Magician, Blackjack, Roulette, 360 Photo Booth, and Green Screen Photo Party.
Ice Skating Rink
Synthetic surface with skates and staff. Ask us to check it against the Bedford floor before you print the invite.
Giant Inflatable Snow Globe
Attended inflatable globe for Bedford when the room needs a photo anchor without a rink footprint.
Holiday Casino Party
Overview for a holiday casino corner. Pick real tables in the add-on row instead of assuming a full pit.
Holiday Photo Booths
Booth lineup for prints, GIFs, and props. Choose a specific booth below if you already know the style.
Snow Globe Photos
Guests pose and take home a sealed photo globe. This is the craft, not the inflatable. Skip it when the loading path is already complicated.
Magician
A walk-around set needs a home base that is not the casino chairs. It stays a separate line item on the same quote.
Blackjack
One staffed blackjack table when you do not need every casino game. It does not replace the rink or the globe.
Roulette
A single roulette table from the holiday casino menu, not a full pit. Tell us the guest ages if this station is for families.
360 Photo Booth
360 booth from the photo catalog. Place it so it does not share the globe line. Keep its line from crossing the rink path.
Green Screen Photo Party
Green screen booth with its own backdrop. It is not the inflatable globe. Say so on the date request if the room is tight.

Local event planning
Seated stations versus skate traffic in Bedford
If dinner tables already fill the Bedford floor, do not promise skates. Keep the globe and seat Snow Globe Photos away from the photo line. Put the outlet list with the booth and craft tables, not in a later email.
Hold extras until the anchor fits
Add Snow Globe Photos after the rink or globe is confirmed, not before.
Use the street address
A Bedford nickname is not a delivery location. Send the street and a site contact.
Split skate traffic from photos
Lace skates away from the globe entrance so one line in Bedford does not block the other.
Measure before you promise skates
The rink needs a flat rectangle. If Bedford dinner tables already fill it, keep the globe and skip the rink. The crew confirms fit from the address and the floor notes you send.
Event ideas
Bedford parties these rentals fit
Afternoon club party
Younger guests need a seat. Snow Globe Photos belongs at a table, not beside the skate entrance.
Private house party
Only quote the rink for a Bedford house if the yard or the cleared floor can take it. Otherwise keep the globe and Snow Globe Photos.
Team dinner
One casino table or Snow Globe Photos reads as a side station in Bedford without taking the whole room.
Client thank-you
A photo stop carries a Bedford reception when speeches run long. Keep Snow Globe Photos off the check-in line.
