Quick answer
How should a Avis planner narrow the holiday list?
Lock the Avis loading path and the flat floor before you add extras. The headliners stay the rink and the globe. Photos with Santa is a separate rental from both.
Browse the holiday party rentals hub or open the ice skating rental and inflatable snow globe.

Choose holiday rentals for Avis
Nothing on this Avis page is a renamed duplicate of the same card. Add-ons here: Photos with Santa, Snow Globe Photos, Ornament Making, Cookie Art, Craps, and Green Screen Photo Party.
Ice Skating Rink
The skating package for Avis includes skates and rink staff. Send the clear floor size with the date.
Giant Inflatable Snow Globe
Walk-in globe photo op. An attendant is part of this holiday listing.
Holiday Casino Party
Overview for a holiday casino corner. Pick real tables in the add-on row instead of assuming a full pit.
Holiday Photo Booths
Booth lineup for prints, GIFs, and props. Choose a specific booth below if you already know the style.
Photos with Santa
Santa photos are a separate rental from the booth and the globe. Keep its line from crossing the rink path.
Snow Globe Photos
Guests pose and take home a sealed photo globe. This is the craft, not the inflatable. Keep its line from crossing the rink path.
Ornament Making
Seated ornament workshop. Keep it off the skate path. Say so on the date request if the room is tight.
Cookie Art
Cookie decorating at a seated table, not a photo backdrop. It stays a separate line item on the same quote.
Craps
A craps table only if the room can give it a clear standing edge. It does not replace the rink or the globe.
Green Screen Photo Party
Green screen booth with its own backdrop. It is not the inflatable globe. Add it only if the floor still has a clear corner.

How Avis hosts leave room for the rink or the globe
The Avis quote gets faster when loading notes travel with the date. Place Photos with Santa where it does not cross the skate entrance. Leave a reset pocket beside the rink so staff are not crossing catering.
Name the age mix
Toddler skates and a family craft such as Photos with Santa are easier to staff when ages are on the quote. Outdoor plans need a wet-weather note on the same quote.
Leave a path to the doors
The Avis layout still needs an exit route after the rink or globe is placed.
Match the booth to the room
Pick a booth style only if Avis has a corner that is not already the globe line.
Hold extras until the anchor fits
Add Photos with Santa after the rink or globe is confirmed, not before.
Event ideas
When Avis books the globe instead of the rink
Classroom winter party
A craft such as Photos with Santa fits a Avis classroom better than a rink. Say the room size on the quote.
Reception after a program
The Avis crowd leaves in a wave. A globe line needs a holding spot, and Photos with Santa should not share it.
Weekend family party
Mix ages by splitting skating from Photos with Santa. The globe attendant is already part of that listing.
Private house party
Only quote the rink for a Avis house if the yard or the cleared floor can take it. Otherwise keep the globe and Photos with Santa.
FAQ
Holiday rental questions for Avis, PA
Which details should a Avis host send first?
Start with the Avis date and the street address. Guest count and a yes or no on the rink come next. Photos with Santa can wait until the anchor fits.
Does the globe rental bring its own attendant to Avis?
Yes. Staff stay with the globe. If Avis also wants Photos with Santa, that is another card on this page.
What rink size should a Avis room plan for?
Plan from the published rink page: a 40 by 60 foot synthetic surface, skates, and staff. A Avis room that cannot clear that rectangle should not advertise skating yet.
Can Avis add one table instead of a whole pit?
Book the games that fit the room. Play money is how the holiday casino listing is described. Photos with Santa stays optional for Avis.
What should the Avis venue say about power?
List the outlets near the booth and near Photos with Santa. The crew checks the rink against a flat Avis surface rather than guessing from a photo.
What address format should Avis hosts use?
Use the street address plus any dock or stair limit. A Avis landmark is not a substitute.
