Quick answer
What should a York host lock first for the rink?
For York, PA, measure first. Skating needs open floor. Inflatable Photo Booth needs its own mark so the two lines do not merge.
Browse the portable ice rink rentals hub or open the ice skating rental product page for the published footprint and skate sizes.
Build your quote
York ice skating rentals to put on the quote
Put the rink on the quote first. The York extras, Inflatable Photo Booth, 360 Photo Booth, Magician, and Craps, stay optional.
Ice Skating Rink
Staffed synthetic rink. The product page lists a 40 by 60 foot surface and skates from toddler size 8 through adult size 13.
Inflatable Photo Booth
Inflatable LED booth from the photo catalog, separate from the rink. Tell us the guest ages if this station is for families.
360 Photo Booth
360 booth from the photo catalog. Place it off the skate path. It stays a separate line item on the same quote.
Magician
A walk-around set needs a home base that is not the skate entrance. Say so on the date request if the room is tight.
Craps
A craps table only if the room can give it a clear standing edge. Add it only if the floor still has a clear corner.

Local event planning
York timeline and layout notes for the rink
The York quote gets faster when loading notes travel with the date. Place Inflatable Photo Booth where it does not cross the skate entrance. Share door width, stairs, and where the truck can wait.
Measure before you promise skates
The published rink is 40 by 60 feet. If York dinner tables already fill that rectangle, skip skating. Outdoor plans need a wet-weather note on the same quote.
One contact on site
Someone who can unlock the York room beats a landmark on the quote.
Power for side stations
List outlets near Inflatable Photo Booth. The rink layout is confirmed against a flat surface, not guessed from a photo.
Mark a spectator edge
Guests who are not skating need a place to stand that is not on the synthetic surface.

FAQ
Ice skating rental questions for York, PA
What does a York, PA rink request need?
The useful York request names the hours, the address, the ages, and the rink. Inflatable Photo Booth is a separate line, not the starting point.
How large is the synthetic rink package?
The ice skating product page describes a 40 by 60 foot synthetic surface. If the York room is tighter, say so before the date is held instead of inventing another size.
Do toddler and adult skates come with the rental?
Yes. Toddler through adult sizes are part of the package on the product page. Note ages on the York quote.
Is rink staff included for York?
Yes. Rink staff are included with the published package. Inflatable Photo Booth is a separate rental if you want it beside the skate path in York.
Will the rink work outside at a York site?
Temperature is not the limiter. Flat ground and barricade space are. Say whether the York site is indoors or outdoors.
Is a York nickname enough for rink delivery?
A city name is not a stop. The truck needs the York street address, door notes, and someone to meet the crew.
Send the York address and the floor size
If the York room is tight, say that. We will not invent a smaller rink size.
