Load-in notes for the portable rink in Weston
Weston timelines slip when the truck window is still a guess. Lock the address and the floor, then decide whether Snowflake Photo Ornaments even fits. Outdoor plans need a wet-weather note on the same quote.
Give attendants a home base
Rink staff and anyone running Snowflake Photo Ornaments need a spot that is not the dinner aisle. It is a layout note, not a different rink size.
Hold extras until the rink fits
Add Snowflake Photo Ornaments after the skating rectangle is confirmed, not before.
Use the street address
A Weston nickname is not a delivery location. Send the street and a site contact.
Leave a path to the doors
The Weston layout still needs an exit route after the rink is placed.
