Villanova rink headliner and four add-ons
Headliner stays the rink. This Villanova add-on set is Photos with Santa, Magician, Craps, and Texas Holdem.
Ice Skating Rink
The skating package for Villanova includes skates and rink staff. Send the clear floor size with the date.
Photos with Santa
Santa photos are a separate rental from the rink and any booth. Tell us the guest ages if this station is for families.
Magician
A walk-around set needs a home base that is not the skate entrance. Say so on the date request if the room is tight.
Craps
A craps table only if the room can give it a clear standing edge. Add it only if the floor still has a clear corner.
Texas Holdem
Holdem table for guests who want a seat, not a wandering game. Tell us the guest ages if this station is for families.

Local event planning
Staging notes for a Villanova, PA rink date
If dinner tables already fill the Villanova floor, do not promise skates. Keep Photos with Santa away from the doors. Indoor rooms work when the floor is flat and the ceiling clears the setup.
Mark a spectator edge
Guests who are not skating need a place to stand that is not on the synthetic surface.
Say if the room is tight
A smaller Villanova floor is a reason to skip skating, not to invent another size.
Leave a path to the doors
The Villanova layout still needs an exit route after the rink is placed.
Use the street address
A Villanova nickname is not a delivery location. Send the street and a site contact. Mark a spectator edge so photos happen beside the rink, not on it.

FAQ
Ice skating rental questions for Villanova, PA
Which details should a Villanova host send first for the rink?
Start with the Villanova date and the street address. Guest count and floor notes come next. Photos with Santa can wait until skating is confirmed.
Can a smaller Villanova room still request the rink?
The product page states 40 by 60 feet. Send the Villanova clear floor size if you are unsure it fits.
Which skate sizes are included with the rink?
The published skate range is toddler size 8 through adult size 13. That is the range Villanova hosts should plan around.
Are attendants part of the portable rink package?
Yes. Staff stay with the rink. If Villanova also wants Photos with Santa, that is another card on this page.
Can the portable rink be used indoors or outdoors in Villanova?
Yes, when the surface is flat and firm. The product page describes a synthetic surface that works year-round on a flat pad. Soft lawn without a base is a problem in Villanova.
What address format should Villanova hosts use?
Use the street address plus any dock or stair limit. A Villanova landmark is not a substitute.
Send the Villanova address and the floor size
Share the street address in Villanova, PA and whether the floor can take skating. Add Photos with Santa only if that corner is still open.
