Door width, stairs or an elevator, and where the truck waits in Ulster belong on the quote.
Split skate traffic from photos
Lace skates away from Cookie Art so one line in Ulster does not block the other.
Seat the craft or side station
Cookie Art needs a table or a marked corner with no skate traffic through it.
Confirm the flat floor
Concrete, asphalt, or a gym floor can work in Ulster. Soft lawn without a firm base is a no. Mark a spectator edge so photos happen beside the rink, not on it.
