Quick answer
Which Swarthmore facts matter before you advertise skating?
If the Swarthmore floor cannot clear skating, do not promise it. Keep Craps as a side station and skip inventing a smaller rink size.
Browse the portable ice rink rentals hub or open the ice skating rental product page for the published footprint and skate sizes.
Build your quote
Swarthmore rink headliner and four add-ons
Start with the 40 by 60 foot synthetic rink, then toggle only the Swarthmore add-ons you have room for: Craps, Texas Holdem, Slot Machines, and Photo Buttons.
Ice Skating Rink
Staffed synthetic rink. The product page lists a 40 by 60 foot surface and skates from toddler size 8 through adult size 13.
Craps
A craps table only if the room can give it a clear standing edge. Tell us the guest ages if this station is for families.
Texas Holdem
Holdem table for guests who want a seat, not a wandering game. It does not replace the rink.
Slot Machines
Slot machines as their own rental. Skip them if the corner is already full. Tell us the guest ages if this station is for families.
Photo Buttons
Photo buttons are a keepsake station, not a backdrop. Say so on the date request if the room is tight.

Local event planning
Power, doors, and skate paths in Swarthmore
Swarthmore timelines slip when the truck window is still a guess. Lock the address and the floor, then decide whether Craps even fits. Outdoor plans need a wet-weather note on the same quote.
Name the age mix
Toddler size 8 through adult size 13 travel with the package. Ages help staff the Swarthmore sizing tent. Outdoor plans need a wet-weather note on the same quote.
Confirm the flat floor
Concrete, asphalt, or a gym floor can work in Swarthmore. Soft lawn without a firm base is a no.
Seat the craft or side station
Craps needs a table or a marked corner with no skate traffic through it.
Split skate traffic from photos
Lace skates away from Craps so one line in Swarthmore does not block the other.
Event ideas
Swarthmore events this rink fits
Afternoon club party
Younger guests need a seat. Craps belongs at a table, not beside the skate entrance.
Client thank-you
A rink photo moment carries a Swarthmore reception when speeches run long. Keep Craps off the check-in line.
Team dinner
Quote the rink only if the Swarthmore floor is actually open. Otherwise keep Craps and skip inventing skates.
Private house party
Only quote the rink for a Swarthmore house if the yard or cleared floor can take 40 by 60 feet. Otherwise keep Craps.
FAQ
Ice skating rental questions for Swarthmore, PA
What does a Swarthmore, PA rink request need?
The useful Swarthmore request names the hours, the address, the ages, and the rink. Craps is a separate line, not the starting point.
How large is the synthetic rink package?
The ice skating product page describes a 40 by 60 foot synthetic surface. If the Swarthmore room is tighter, say so before the date is held instead of inventing another size.
Do toddler and adult skates come with the rental?
Yes. Toddler through adult sizes are part of the package on the product page. Note ages on the Swarthmore quote.
Is rink staff included for Swarthmore?
Yes. Rink staff are included with the published package. Craps is a separate rental if you want it beside the skate path in Swarthmore.
Will the rink work outside at a Swarthmore site?
Temperature is not the limiter. Flat ground and barricade space are. Say whether the Swarthmore site is indoors or outdoors.
Is a Swarthmore nickname enough for rink delivery?
A city name is not a stop. The truck needs the Swarthmore street address, door notes, and someone to meet the crew.
Put the Swarthmore ice skating date on a quote
The quote starts with the date, the Swarthmore address, and the rink. Craps and the other cards on this page stay optional.
