Quick answer
How do Strasburg hosts know if skating will fit?
A Strasburg rink quote needs the date, the street address, the guest count, and the clear floor size. Snow Globe Photos is optional and does not replace the rink.
Browse the portable ice rink rentals hub or open the ice skating rental product page for the published footprint and skate sizes.

Nothing on this Strasburg page is a renamed duplicate of the same card. Add-ons here: Snow Globe Photos, Craps, Magician, and Ornament Making.
Ice Skating Rink
Choose the rink only when Strasburg has a flat rectangle that is not already the dinner layout.
Snow Globe Photos
Sealed photo globe craft. Not the inflatable globe. It stays a separate line item on the same quote.
Craps
A craps table only if the room can give it a clear standing edge. It does not replace the rink.
Magician
A walk-around set needs a home base that is not the skate entrance. It stays a separate line item on the same quote.
Ornament Making
Seated ornament workshop. Keep it off the skate path. Place it off the skate entrance.

Local event planning
What to measure before a Strasburg rink delivery
Strasburg timelines slip when the truck window is still a guess. Lock the address and the floor, then decide whether Snow Globe Photos even fits. Share door width, stairs, and where the truck can wait.
Leave a path to the doors
The Strasburg layout still needs an exit route after the rink is placed. Outdoor plans need a wet-weather note on the same quote.
Say if the room is tight
A smaller Strasburg floor is a reason to skip skating, not to invent another size.
Mark a spectator edge
Guests who are not skating need a place to stand that is not on the synthetic surface.
Power for side stations
List outlets near Snow Globe Photos. The rink layout is confirmed against a flat surface, not guessed from a photo.
Event ideas
When Strasburg books add-ons beside the rink
Team dinner
Quote the rink only if the Strasburg floor is actually open. Otherwise keep Snow Globe Photos and skip inventing skates.
Client thank-you
A rink photo moment carries a Strasburg reception when speeches run long. Keep Snow Globe Photos off the check-in line.
Afternoon club party
Younger guests need a seat. Snow Globe Photos belongs at a table, not beside the skate entrance.
Fundraiser walk-through
Skating draws traffic in Strasburg. Snow Globe Photos is optional if the hallway is already full.
