Quick answer
What is the honest starting point for Stillwater rink rentals?
Confirm a flat rectangle in Stillwater that can take the published 40 by 60 foot synthetic surface. Then add Photos with Santa or Texas Holdem only if a second corner stays clear of the skate path.
Browse the portable ice rink rentals hub or open the ice skating rental product page for the published footprint and skate sizes.

Stillwater ice skating rentals to put on the quote
The featured rental is the portable synthetic ice rink. The four add-ons for Stillwater are separate published rentals: Photos with Santa, Texas Holdem, Cookie Art, and Ornament Making.
Ice Skating Rink
Synthetic surface with skates and staff. Ask us to check it against the Stillwater floor before you print the invite.
Photos with Santa
Santa photos are a separate rental from the rink and any booth. Place it off the skate entrance.
Texas Holdem
Holdem table for guests who want a seat, not a wandering game. Tell us the guest ages if this station is for families.
Cookie Art
Cookie decorating at a seated table, not a photo backdrop. It stays a separate line item on the same quote.
Ornament Making
Seated ornament workshop. Keep it off the skate path. Say so on the date request if the room is tight.

Local event planning
Keeping lines apart at a Stillwater skating party
Stillwater timelines slip when the truck window is still a guess. Lock the address and the floor, then decide whether Photos with Santa even fits. Share door width, stairs, and where the truck can wait.
Confirm the flat floor
Concrete, asphalt, or a gym floor can work in Stillwater. Soft lawn without a firm base is a no. It is a layout note, not a different rink size.
Seat the craft or side station
Photos with Santa needs a table or a marked corner with no skate traffic through it.
Split skate traffic from photos
Lace skates away from Photos with Santa so one line in Stillwater does not block the other.
Send the loading facts
Door width, stairs or an elevator, and where the truck waits in Stillwater belong on the quote.
Event ideas
Skating setups that match a Stillwater floor
Fundraiser walk-through
Skating draws traffic in Stillwater. Photos with Santa is optional if the hallway is already full.
Family open house
Shorter visits in Stillwater still work when skate sessions rotate. Photos with Santa gives a second stop.
Town festival
A portable rink becomes the Stillwater centerpiece when the pad is flat and fenced. Photos with Santa sits outside the skate path.
Team dinner
Quote the rink only if the Stillwater floor is actually open. Otherwise keep Photos with Santa and skip inventing skates.
FAQ
Ice skating rental questions for Stillwater, PA
How do you open an ice skating quote for Stillwater?
Put the Stillwater, PA street address on the same note as the date. Confirm the flat rectangle, then mention Photos with Santa if you want it priced.
What rink size should a Stillwater room plan for?
Plan from the published rink page: a 40 by 60 foot synthetic surface. A Stillwater room that cannot clear that rectangle should not advertise skating yet.
What skate range should Stillwater hosts plan for?
Plan for toddler size 8 through adult size 13. Extra sizes beyond that are not listed on the product page.
Does the ice skating rental bring attendants?
Attendants travel with the rink. In Stillwater, keep their reset pocket from merging with Photos with Santa.
What surface does a Stillwater rink need?
Indoor gym floors and outdoor pads both work when they are flat. Send the Stillwater surface type with the quote.
Do you need a landmark to route the truck in Stillwater?
No. Send the street address in Stillwater, loading notes, and a contact on site. We do not invent a venue name to make the page sound local.
