Somers ice skating rentals to put on the quote
The featured rental is the portable synthetic ice rink. The four add-ons for Somers are separate published rentals: Photos with Santa, Photo Buttons, Craps, and Magician.
Ice Skating Rink
The skating package for Somers includes skates and rink staff. Send the clear floor size with the date.
Photos with Santa
Santa photos are a separate rental from the rink and any booth. Keep its line from crossing the rink path.
Photo Buttons
Photo buttons are a keepsake station, not a backdrop. Tell us the guest ages if this station is for families.
Craps
A craps table only if the room can give it a clear standing edge. It does not replace the rink.
Magician
A walk-around set needs a home base that is not the skate entrance. Skip it when the loading path is already complicated.

Where to put skating and side stations in Somers
Large rooms in Somers fail when every guest is aimed at one backdrop. Give skating its own entrance and keep Photos with Santa off that path. It is a layout note, not a different rink size.
Write the hard out
Put the Somers start and end on the request so setup and pickup use the same window.
Name the age mix
Toddler size 8 through adult size 13 travel with the package. Ages help staff the Somers sizing tent. Indoor rooms work when the floor is flat and the ceiling clears the setup.
Confirm the flat floor
Concrete, asphalt, or a gym floor can work in Somers. Soft lawn without a firm base is a no.
Seat the craft or side station
Photos with Santa needs a table or a marked corner with no skate traffic through it.

Reception after a program
The Somers crowd leaves in a wave. The rink needs a holding spot, and Photos with Santa should not share it.
Weekend family party
Mix ages by splitting skating from Photos with Santa. Skate sizes cover toddlers through adults.
Private house party
Only quote the rink for a Somers house if the yard or cleared floor can take 40 by 60 feet. Otherwise keep Photos with Santa.
