Quick answer
What should a Saddle Brook host lock first for the rink?
If the Saddle Brook floor cannot clear skating, do not promise it. Keep Photos with Santa as a side station and skip inventing a smaller rink size.
Browse the portable ice rink rentals hub or open the ice skating rental product page for the published footprint and skate sizes.

Ice Skating Rink
Staffed synthetic rink. The product page lists a 40 by 60 foot surface and skates from toddler size 8 through adult size 13.
Photos with Santa
Santa photos are a separate rental from the rink and any booth. Place it off the skate entrance.
360 Photo Booth

Magician
A walk-around set needs a home base that is not the skate entrance. It does not replace the rink.

Local event planning
Saddle Brook timeline and layout notes for the rink
Saddle Brook timelines slip when the truck window is still a guess. Lock the address and the floor, then decide whether Photos with Santa even fits. One contact on site is more useful than a landmark.
Name the age mix
Toddler size 8 through adult size 13 travel with the package. Ages help staff the Saddle Brook sizing tent. A flat surface matters more than a neighborhood nickname.
Write the hard out
Put the Saddle Brook start and end on the request so setup and pickup use the same window.
Keep food off the active edge
Serving tables should not spill into the skate path.
Give attendants a home base
Rink staff and anyone running Photos with Santa need a spot that is not the dinner aisle.
Event ideas
Parties that stay on site in Saddle Brook
Community winter night
Staffed skating plus Photos with Santa gives Saddle Brook guests a glide and a second finish.
Company holiday party
A rink keeps the Saddle Brook celebration in the same building as dinner. Photos with Santa covers guests who are not skating.
School winter program
Families in Saddle Brook need a stop after the program. Photos with Santa works as that stop when it is seated away from the doors.
Reception after a program
The Saddle Brook crowd leaves in a wave. The rink needs a holding spot, and Photos with Santa should not share it.
FAQ
Ice skating rental questions for Saddle Brook, NJ
What does a Saddle Brook, NJ rink request need?
The useful Saddle Brook request names the hours, the address, the ages, and the rink. Photos with Santa is a separate line, not the starting point.
How large is the synthetic rink package?
The ice skating product page describes a 40 by 60 foot synthetic surface. If the Saddle Brook room is tighter, say so before the date is held instead of inventing another size.
Do toddler and adult skates come with the rental?
Yes. Toddler through adult sizes are part of the package on the product page. Note ages on the Saddle Brook quote.
Is rink staff included for Saddle Brook?
Yes. Rink staff are included with the published package. Photos with Santa is a separate rental if you want it beside the skate path in Saddle Brook.
Will the rink work outside at a Saddle Brook site?
Temperature is not the limiter. Flat ground and barricade space are. Say whether the Saddle Brook site is indoors or outdoors.
Is a Saddle Brook nickname enough for rink delivery?
A city name is not a stop. The truck needs the Saddle Brook street address, door notes, and someone to meet the crew.
