Quick answer
How do Rye hosts know if skating will fit?
For Rye, NY, measure first. Skating needs open floor. Cookie Art needs its own mark so the two lines do not merge.
Browse the portable ice rink rentals hub or open the ice skating rental product page for the published footprint and skate sizes.

Ice skating items for a Rye, NY date
Headliner stays the rink. This Rye add-on set is Cookie Art, Inflatable Photo Booth, Red Dog, and Money Wheel.
Ice Skating Rink
The skating package for Rye includes skates and rink staff. Send the clear floor size with the date.
Cookie Art
Cookie decorating at a seated table, not a photo backdrop. Keep its line from crossing the rink path.
Inflatable Photo Booth
Inflatable LED booth from the photo catalog, separate from the rink. Skip it when the loading path is already complicated.
Red Dog
Red Dog is a single table. Add it only when you want that game. Tell us the guest ages if this station is for families.
Money Wheel
Money wheel as one casino station, not a package with every table. It does not replace the rink.

Where to put skating and side stations in Rye
If dinner tables already fill the Rye floor, do not promise skates. Keep Cookie Art away from the doors. It is a layout note, not a different rink size.
Use the street address
A Rye nickname is not a delivery location. Send the street and a site contact.
Hold extras until the rink fits
Add Cookie Art after the skating rectangle is confirmed, not before.
Give attendants a home base
Rink staff and anyone running Cookie Art need a spot that is not the dinner aisle.
Keep food off the active edge
Serving tables should not spill into the skate path. Put the outlet list with any lit booth or craft table, not in a later email.
Event ideas
Rye events this rink fits
Team dinner
Quote the rink only if the Rye floor is actually open. Otherwise keep Cookie Art and skip inventing skates.
Fundraiser walk-through
Skating draws traffic in Rye. Cookie Art is optional if the hallway is already full.
Afternoon club party
Younger guests need a seat. Cookie Art belongs at a table, not beside the skate entrance.
Client thank-you
A rink photo moment carries a Rye reception when speeches run long. Keep Cookie Art off the check-in line.
FAQ
Ice skating rental questions for Rye, NY
Which details should a Rye host send first for the rink?
Start with the Rye date and the street address. Guest count and floor notes come next. Cookie Art can wait until skating is confirmed.
Can a smaller Rye room still request the rink?
The product page states 40 by 60 feet. Send the Rye clear floor size if you are unsure it fits.
Which skate sizes are included with the rink?
The published skate range is toddler size 8 through adult size 13. That is the range Rye hosts should plan around.
Are attendants part of the portable rink package?
Yes. Staff stay with the rink. If Rye also wants Cookie Art, that is another card on this page.
Can the portable rink be used indoors or outdoors in Rye?
Yes, when the surface is flat and firm. The product page describes a synthetic surface that works year-round on a flat pad. Soft lawn without a base is a problem in Rye.
What address format should Rye hosts use?
Use the street address plus any dock or stair limit. A Rye landmark is not a substitute.
