How Pleasant Mount hosts leave room for the rink
Do not stack a photo line on top of Slot Machines in Pleasant Mount. The two stops should face different directions. Hosts who name the end time get a cleaner pickup window.
Leave a path to the doors
The Pleasant Mount layout still needs an exit route after the rink is placed.
Say if the room is tight
A smaller Pleasant Mount floor is a reason to skip skating, not to invent another size.
Mark a spectator edge
Guests who are not skating need a place to stand that is not on the synthetic surface.
Power for side stations
List outlets near Slot Machines. The rink layout is confirmed against a flat surface, not guessed from a photo. Put the outlet list with any lit booth or craft table, not in a later email.
