Local event planning
Where to put skating and side stations in Pine Plains
Large rooms in Pine Plains fail when every guest is aimed at one backdrop. Give skating its own entrance and keep Photos with Santa off that path. Put the outlet list with any lit booth or craft table, not in a later email.
Hold extras until the rink fits
Add Photos with Santa after the skating rectangle is confirmed, not before.
Give attendants a home base
Rink staff and anyone running Photos with Santa need a spot that is not the dinner aisle. Share door width, stairs, and where the truck can wait.
Keep food off the active edge
Serving tables should not spill into the skate path.
Write the hard out
Put the Pine Plains start and end on the request so setup and pickup use the same window.
