Quick answer
What should a Philadelphia host lock first for the rink?
Confirm a flat rectangle in Philadelphia that can take the published 40 by 60 foot synthetic surface. Then add Texas Holdem or Coney Island Photo Booth only if a second corner stays clear of the skate path.
Browse the portable ice rink rentals hub or open the ice skating rental product page for the published footprint and skate sizes.

Local event planning
Philadelphia timeline and layout notes for the rink
If dinner tables already fill the Philadelphia floor, do not promise skates. Keep Texas Holdem away from the doors. A flat surface matters more than a neighborhood nickname.
Confirm the flat floor
Concrete, asphalt, or a gym floor can work in Philadelphia. Soft lawn without a firm base is a no.
Name the age mix
Toddler size 8 through adult size 13 travel with the package. Ages help staff the Philadelphia sizing tent.
Write the hard out
Put the Philadelphia start and end on the request so setup and pickup use the same window.
Keep food off the active edge
Serving tables should not spill into the skate path. The crew confirms fit from the address and the floor notes you send.

FAQ
Ice skating rental questions for Philadelphia, PA
What does a Philadelphia, PA rink request need?
The useful Philadelphia request names the hours, the address, the ages, and the rink. Texas Holdem is a separate line, not the starting point.
How large is the synthetic rink package?
The ice skating product page describes a 40 by 60 foot synthetic surface. If the Philadelphia room is tighter, say so before the date is held instead of inventing another size.
Do toddler and adult skates come with the rental?
Yes. Toddler through adult sizes are part of the package on the product page. Note ages on the Philadelphia quote.
Is rink staff included for Philadelphia?
Yes. Rink staff are included with the published package. Texas Holdem is a separate rental if you want it beside the skate path in Philadelphia.
Will the rink work outside at a Philadelphia site?
Temperature is not the limiter. Flat ground and barricade space are. Say whether the Philadelphia site is indoors or outdoors.
Is a Philadelphia nickname enough for rink delivery?
A city name is not a stop. The truck needs the Philadelphia street address, door notes, and someone to meet the crew.

If the Philadelphia room is tight, say that. We will not invent a smaller rink size.
