Quick answer
What do we need before holding a Northumberland rink date?
Confirm a flat rectangle in Northumberland that can take the published 40 by 60 foot synthetic surface. Then add Photos with Santa or Texas Holdem only if a second corner stays clear of the skate path.
Browse the portable ice rink rentals hub or open the ice skating rental product page for the published footprint and skate sizes.

What Northumberland can add next to the portable rink
The rink package is shared. The Northumberland row under it is not. Those rentals are Photos with Santa, Texas Holdem, Money Wheel, and Stud Poker.
Ice Skating Rink
Choose the rink only when Northumberland has a flat rectangle that is not already the dinner layout.
Photos with Santa
Santa photos are a separate rental from the rink and any booth. It stays a separate line item on the same quote.
Texas Holdem
Holdem table for guests who want a seat, not a wandering game. Say so on the date request if the room is tight.
Money Wheel
Money wheel as one casino station, not a package with every table. Keep its line from crossing the rink path.
Stud Poker
Stud poker is its own table rental. Tell us the guest ages if this station is for families.

Local event planning
What to measure before a Northumberland rink delivery
Large rooms in Northumberland fail when every guest is aimed at one backdrop. Give skating its own entrance and keep Photos with Santa off that path. A flat surface matters more than a neighborhood nickname.
Confirm the flat floor
Concrete, asphalt, or a gym floor can work in Northumberland. Soft lawn without a firm base is a no.
Name the age mix
Toddler size 8 through adult size 13 travel with the package. Ages help staff the Northumberland sizing tent. Age mix belongs on the quote when toddler skates are in the mix.
Write the hard out
Put the Northumberland start and end on the request so setup and pickup use the same window.
Keep food off the active edge
Serving tables should not spill into the skate path.
Event ideas
When Northumberland books add-ons beside the rink
Afternoon club party
Younger guests need a seat. Photos with Santa belongs at a table, not beside the skate entrance.
Private house party
Only quote the rink for a Northumberland house if the yard or cleared floor can take 40 by 60 feet. Otherwise keep Photos with Santa.
Weekend family party
Mix ages by splitting skating from Photos with Santa. Skate sizes cover toddlers through adults.
Reception after a program
The Northumberland crowd leaves in a wave. The rink needs a holding spot, and Photos with Santa should not share it.
